2x damaged in transit. Had to reorder for a third time, hope this time will work. It’s wild to me how common this issue is with no change from the seller

Bought this mirror 2 years ago and had absolutely no problems. I am now trying to purchase another one and holy nightmare. I am on the FOURTH replacement mirror. All 3 previous mirrors were damaged during delivery. This is ridiculous. Either package it differently or find a new carrier.

0 stars!!! Everyone from Target on the q&A says it can be mounted to the wall….. it 100% CANNOT! Wasted $200 + on EACH mirror and can’t even return it because it won’t fit in my car….

This is a really high quality mirror! I thankfully didn't have any delivery issues like the other reviews, so would definitely recommend. Very good quality for price

I've been wanting an arched mirror for so long but was never in love with most due to their black or gold metal outlined frames that many are designed with. I was a bit concerned with ordering this one based on the previous reviews but I took a chance on it and it's truly a perfect mirror! It's perfectly tall and the width is just right. The quality is amazing, but I never expect anything less from the Studio McGee line. I love the option to hang it, too. 5 stars all around!

Was concerned about the mirror showing up broken due to reviews and then when my box arrived there was a crib mattress inside. The mirror is now sold out and customer service couldn't help me get the right item I paid for and told me just to return the wrong item.

this is more about the shipment issues than the mirror itself. i was supposed to receive it on wednesday the 21st, but there was no movement on fedex's end for about a week. the day of delivery, the tracking showed "exception" and that the package was damaged in transit. i never received any updates from target, i still don't know when i'll receive the mirror. i do wish that target had a system set up to check in with customers, because i don't know if the mirror will be restocked and sent to me, or if they're looking for one, or what's happening really. all i see is a generic FAQ stating that an expedited shipment will be sent if a package is damaged in transit. fingers crossed i receive it because it looks beautiful :(

Came shattered. Absolutely beautiful mirror but they need to package them correctly… especially with so many reviews saying they came shattered!!

Do not order from online. 2 failed attempts and they both were damaged in transit. Horrible experience and I had to deal with lugging the 45 pound mirror with a box of glass everywhere coming out to get rid of the damaged ones.

I was a little hesitant to order it after reading the reviews of it breaking during delivery. I’m so happy I ordered it because the mirror is gorgeous and the packaging was excellent! The mirror came in perfect condition!

Ordered this mirror twice and both times it arrived shattered. The mirror was refunded however I was responsible for disposing of the mirrors.

taking off one star because the first mirror came broken (which i kind of saw coming based on the reviews) but the second was perfect and it is so beautiful! i love it so much. its really big and fits perfect in my room. heavy and good quality!

Ordered twice, both times the mirror wasn't delivered because it was broken and not available in store. Don't remember ordering online and shipping it to you.

I tried to order this mirror twice, but it never arrived because it was damaged during shipping both times.

The box arrived completely damaged and there was mirror shards dropping out. I requested a refund and shared the photos of the shards and box condition. However, Target refuse to refund until I open up the box to prove that the mirror is broken. My husband and friend got cuts from the broken mirror in an attempt to open the box. Additionally, Target would not pick up the broken mirror and we would have to dispose the mirror ourselves which might cause more injuries because the box was too damaged to keep the shards sealed. Please stay away from this product and buying fragile items from Target.
