Bought this mirror 2 years ago and had absolutely no problems. I am now trying to purchase another one and holy nightmare. I am on the FOURTH replacement mirror. All 3 previous mirrors were damaged during delivery. This is ridiculous. Either package it differently or find a new carrier.

Mirror of my dreams!
I've been wanting an arched mirror for so long but was never in love with most due to their black or gold metal outlined frames that many are designed with. I was a bit concerned with ordering this one based on the previous reviews but I took a chance on it and it's truly a perfect mirror! It's perfectly tall and the width is just right. The quality is amazing, but I never expect anything less from the Studio McGee line. I love the option to hang it, too. 5 stars all around!

undeliverable, damaged in transit.
this is more about the shipment issues than the mirror itself. i was supposed to receive it on wednesday the 21st, but there was no movement on fedex's end for about a week. the day of delivery, the tracking showed "exception" and that the package was damaged in transit. i never received any updates from target, i still don't know when i'll receive the mirror. i do wish that target had a system set up to check in with customers, because i don't know if the mirror will be restocked and sent to me, or if they're looking for one, or what's happening really. all i see is a generic FAQ stating that an expedited shipment will be sent if a package is damaged in transit. fingers crossed i receive it because it looks beautiful :(

Broken mirror ans terrible customer service.
The box arrived completely damaged and there was mirror shards dropping out. I requested a refund and shared the photos of the shards and box condition. However, Target refuse to refund until I open up the box to prove that the mirror is broken. My husband and friend got cuts from the broken mirror in an attempt to open the box. Additionally, Target would not pick up the broken mirror and we would have to dispose the mirror ourselves which might cause more injuries because the box was too damaged to keep the shards sealed. Please stay away from this product and buying fragile items from Target.
