As an obsessed Golden Doodle owner, and someone who has very long and very thick hair, this vacuum is everything I could ever ask for and more! Both myself and my Pup she’d like we’re getting paid to do so. There is hair EVERYWHERE. Not now!! The cordless component makes it so insanely easy, to go up and down the stairs, get in small and awkward crevices! It’s amazing! The battery life is top notch as well! I am so pleased with this vacuum and this company! They have a life long buyer on their hands!

Good concept but a couple of issues: 1. Picks up cat litter but then drops it back out when you turn it off. 2. The head doesn't roll well at all on carpet or rugs. Hard floors no problem. If the vac would hold on to litter, 4 stars. If it rolled on carpets / rugs, 5 stars.

Cordless vacuum with headlights and detachable large dust cup. This vacuum is compact and fits nicely in a small area while it charges. It has decent suction on bare floors and rugs. We use it in the kitchen or for small areas as it does not have a powerful enough suction to clean the whole pet-filled house. The nozzle detaches in two places for hand vac and wand. It works well enough as our kitchen vacuum except it is awkward to hold. It does not stand on its own while connected for use. Because the dust cup and motor connect at the top of the stick, it is unbalanced and heavy. It stands on its own when removing the dust cup/motor and charging, but to vacuum it is clumsy, at least for me. I will use it until it dies as it works well for cleaning up kitchen spills and pet hair in the kitchen, but I would not buy it again because of the unbalance and heaviness.

I absolutely love this little vacuum. It can clean so many things. My latest is vacuuming up fruit flies buzzing around my kitchen. They land and my little vacuum just sucks them up by the tens. Poof! The only thing I wish it had was a place to store the included brush. There is a place for the other tool on the base, but not for the brush!

I honestly wish I could give this zero stars. This is the absolute worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. I can’t believe this is being sold especially for the price. Ninja/Shark should really be ashamed of themselves. I own several Ninja products and love them. Especially the air fryer oven but this is arguably the worst product I’ve ever owned. It simply doesn’t work. It worked great for about a month. I live in a tiny travel trailer and it doesn’t even stay charged long enough for me vacuum a my tiny trailer. It’s worthless and with this high of a price point, and for such a small space this should’ve lasted for years. I’ve had it exactly 1 year. Toss it in the dumpster today. Do not buy this.

I love the suction. Really gets up dirt you didn't even realize was there. However the battery drains quickly. I have Seven rooms , not huge, and three with area rugs. I only got about half way through the house and the battery Drained. It took hours for it to recharge. I'm going to have to figure some way to clean so that I get everything Done at once.

This vacuum is hands-down the best floor cleaning device I've ever purchased. If you have pets or kids (or both) this is the Godsend of vacuums. Quiet enough that I can run it at night after my kids are asleep without waking them up, yet still powerful enough to clean all the detritus of the day off my floors. It charges quickly and runs for about 40 minutes - long enough to do my whole house. The cannister stores on top of the vacuum base when not in use which is nice because it does have a violent tendency to tip over unprovoked at the slightest whiff of movement if you leave it on top of the stick. It's easy to clean out the cannister and shark has helpful stickers all over the vacuum when it is first purchased instructing users how to take advantage of its features- I wish all products came with helpful hints in place like this. Finally, it comes with two attachments that go on the cannister so it can also be used as a handheld vacuum- a brush for cloth surfaces like a couch, and a narrow crevice tool that has helped me reach places like beside my appliances. I would buy this vacuum a million times over again.

Imagine how I felt when I invested in this vacuum, I did not think twice since I am such a fan of the shark/ninja products. Everything in my house is for either. This is the worst product I ever bought. This vacuum is pretty and slick but in terms of actually cleaning it does a terrible job cleaning. Also, the battery dies way too quickly. I live in a small apartment and feel I have to leave it out because I am constantly charging it. It's just sad that you guys would do a product that does not have the same quality.

I have had this vacuum for over two years and use it daily. It's so lightweight and easy to use that I have no problem keeping my home hair free. Also recently I cracked my dust cup so I ordered a new one, it wasn't packaged correctly and I reached out to customer service and they remedied my replacement and had a new one arrive the next day.
