Too heavy and dough sticks to it terribly

I’ve an experienced baker and have owned this pin for several years. I would not honestly recommend it. This rolling pin is pretty, but it is very heavy and difficult to handle. Additionally, dough sticks to it easily. The marble doesn’t hold flour well, either.

It's easy to clean and the base makes it easy to store on a countertop or in a cupboard without worrying about it rolling around. The weight makes it easy to roll out dough to an appropriate thickness. This is a great rolling pin!

This rolling pin is so nice! It rolls really easily, and is heavy enough that it presses down on the dough and leaves less work for me. It's super pretty and sophisticated looking, and even matches my countertops. The wooden base fits it perfectly as well. Overall, amazing product and I was definitely not dissapointed!

The extra weight helps with rolling things out. It's made well and is easy to clean. I also love that it has a base that keeps it from rolling all over the place when not in use.

Using the Fox Run Marble Rolling Pin was a step up from my old rolling pin. The handles were easy to grab/hold and its alignment was perfect as I rolled over the pizza dough. The roll moved seamlessly and did not jam throughout the kneading process. The rolling pin is very durable, consistent and reliable. I did not have to perform any extra rolls due to jams or materials caught up in the handle pins. Having a marble base kept the pin and its base very easy to clean and maintain. The off-white color rolling pin with a wooden handle and base fits and blends in well on my kitchen counter. This is an excellent and attractive rolling pin that can handle all your dough kneading requirements. I give the Fox Run Marble Rolling Pin a 5-STAR Rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was meaning to buy a rolling pin for making pizza dough in a round circle I finally found one and it works this is great for the pizza and rolling out other things that I need to be rolled out I would recommend this to anyone who wants one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rolling pin is made nicely, the marble is very smooth and solid as it should be. I gave it four stars only for the reason of size. The length is shorter than I expected, which makes it a little hard to roll out larger dough recipes. Although, marble makes the rolling pin heavy which is expected. So this keeps the weight down and more easy to maneuver than the larger ones I’ve seen. Overall, great quality and the stand keeps it from rolling of the counter and breaking when you set it aside!
