Nope, Just Use Regular Brackets
At first I thought these were fantastic. I live in an apartment building, and the windows only have blinds. I needed to put curtains up in my daughter’s room to be able to darken her room a bit on sunny days for when she naps. These command strip brackets held up for about a month, and then one side fell off one day and the curtains and rod came crashing down. I’m thankful it wasn’t during my daughter’s nap, as the curtain rod was partially above my daughter’s bed. And because it was loud. Further, when I was trying to take the other bracket off the wall, the strips ripped as I was pulling down on them.

Used Two packs to be safe. made sure wall was prepped and hooks were properly mounted per instructions. Curtains were within the weight limit of 10 pounds total. failed within an hour.

Finally something that's not pulling the sheetrock our
I've had to replace the hardware on my rods several times over the years. It always leaves damage to my sheetrock. I even tried the harware that hooks onto the window trim and it failed. These hae lasted 3 years so far!

I bought two packs of these. The adhesive pads in one pack would not hold any weight or peel off the hooks afterward per the instructions. I cleaned the wall, I held things for the directed amount of time. One of the hooks was attached so strongly to the plastic mount that it could not be slid of the mount without removing the entire thing (part of the instructions are to remove the hook and press the mount against the wall for adhesion).

If I could give zero stars I would. These did not stick/hold AT ALL. Even if they did, I doubt they would hold a curtain rod plus 2 curtains.

Save Your Money
Terrible product. Used these on a light wet satin curtains and in the middle of the night these ripped from the wall. Left holes in the wall due to the removal of the drywall. Better off just putting a small screw hole instead of having to patch the wall. The product is always a cheap plastic with two command strips on the back of each. Nothing special. No effort was put into the quality of the item.
