I only received half of the order. Because I ordered 4 pairs and received 2 pairs. I would like my refund.

I am very disappointed because the exact same issue keeps recurring with this item. This product is sold as a 2-pack. I ordered a quantity of 4, which means I should have received 8 placemats in total. However, I only received 4 placemats—exactly half of my order. Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one facing this problem. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a specific amount and consistently receive only half. Target needs to fix this inventory or shipping error immediately. I am still waiting for the rest of my order.

I absolutely love this beautiful charger pattern! It is 15 inches wide and looks great. I would appreciate it very much if you would notify me when it becomes available again, as I would like to order several more!

It’s maybe a little fragile. One of them took a fall from the kitchen counter so one edge is broken. Not sure how they’d stand up to regular use on a table setting. With that said, I used them for a different purpose. I used some thin wire to make a hanger on one side and put it on my bedroom wall. I’m hanging earrings from it.

Absolutely love how nice these look and how durable these are!! I am using these for side circle side tables and other tables as a centerpiece to put a marble piece that holds a plant on it and it looks so stunning.

Sturdy, plan to use as a placemat

Overal very nice. However I ordered 4 sets. Three where perfect and all matched. Fourth set was mismatched and smaller than All the others. Where Is the quality control? I had to return to store and have the hassle of contacting support for free shipping and discount from original order.

These Threshold Charger Plates are supposed to be sold as a 2 piece item. I placed an order for four (4) charger plates. I should have been sent two (2) two pack sets for a total of four (4) charger plates. The problem is that I received just 2 charger plates inside a box without any protective packaging and without a shipping receipt. The label was found in the bottom of the box for just the one two piece set of these chargers. My account was charged for four (4) charger plates. I immediately proceeded to bring this to the attention of customer service. I wasn’t able to remedy this situation other than being given a total refund of the amount charged. I would have preferred being sent the missing set but was given no other choice other than accepting the refund. Very displeased with this situation all around.
