Q: I have purchased these and pretty happy with it. Now i am thinking whether i should use glue as well when i assemble it, just to increase its rigidness and durability? Can/should i use glue during assembly?

Look great, easy to assemble. So hard and uncomfortable to sit on! Bought them for my husbands office, they look great no complaints there but oof you can’t sit on them for more than a few minutes. Definitely need more padding in the seat. Glad I got them in the sale as they are definitely not a $150+ chair. Very uncomfortable

These chairs are beautiful! The color is “Linen” for reference, and they look so sophisticated and are exactly what we were looking for. For assembly, make sure not to tighten the screws all the way until you have all the pieces in place. That made the process much smoother. I highly recommend purchasing these chairs. We couldn’t be happier with them!

Seems like it would be a nice chair, all parts look well made. Not going to assemble however because the gray is… not really gray. It’s pulls more brown than the picture leads on, and doesn’t match my other (true) gray chairs.

Had no problems putting this chair together and it by all means, LOOKS good, until you use it. I’m 150lbs, partner about 220lbs, we’re the only ones who do use it. For dinner mostly, some puzzling, and misc tasks like going through the mail or journaling. By now (November 2024) it is unstable, shaky, and the seats padding flat. Is this a worthwhile purchase? Neh. To the reviewers commenting on this being a cheaper alternative to what’s posted elsewhere with a similar design: you’re getting what you pay for here.

These chairs are substantial in weight, comfortable and easy to assemble. I love the shape and style, and are similar to chairs at other home stores that sell for 3x the price. The best part though is true performance fabric that stands up to daily stains from my 2 year old! I’ve easily removed stains from avocado to raspberry juice, beets and spaghetti sauce with just a spritz of water and dish soap! So happy I’ve found the upholstered look I wanted that can stand up to the daily wear of kids, and at a fair price.

Unfortunately not made well. Really wanted this chair to work. But there was a defect in the dowel holes on one side. (Yes I tried both sides) Don’t know if ordering another is worth the gamble of almost completely putting together the chair only to disassemble it to return it.

Great sturdy, comfortable, modern chair with endless possibilities to make it your own. Got four chairs in natural finish / cream (only option) at an unbeatable price and decided to re-upholster. This was my first time taking on upholstering and it wasn’t bad at all.

My husband, who used to own a furniture store, was very impressed at the sturdiness of these chairs. Especially at this price, compared to what many dining chairs were priced at. The underside of the seat is supported by a thick wooden square, not just the pieces you see in the photo. Many dowels and parts to hold it together. Pristine out of the box. The color of wood on the Linen style goes really nicely with a Walnut table I purchased from West Elm, but these chairs were at least $100 less.

Super comfortable, great quality, really sturdy. The wood tone is nice, seat cushion quality, fabric and comfort is amazing especially considering the price. Just as good or better than those from West Elm. And the seat height is perfect (you don't feel too low at the table).
