Simply inflate and knot your balloons, and then pull the knot ends of the inflated balloons through the holes to make your balloon decoration. Then, bend the flexible strip and arrange the balloons until you've achieved the desired shape. You can even weave two balloon strips together or add extra balloons to your strip using a low temperature glue gun or Glue Dots® to create a fuller, layered look. Balloons not included.
