PRO TIP: To get your MINNIDIP garland as round and smooth as possible, let the vinyl warm up in the sun or a warm room first to make it more pliable. After adding air, let it rest for a few minutes for the air to pass through all of the chambers evenly. Then add more air to make round before installing. IMPORTANT: Inflate until all puckering disappears from the seams and each balloon is a smooth, round shape. Creases in panels will disappear the longer it is inflated—you can even inflate days or weeks ahead of your celebration... or keep them inflated for months for more permanent installation!

• Matte: Slight texture that creates a matte effect with very little sheen

WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Cluster: One 5-cluster vinyl balloon
• Cluster Hooks: 2 Plastic hole hooks attached to the backside of cluster allow for securing to your structure or your wall hook of choice
• Elastic Bands: A set of 6 clear elastic latex-free bands (3 each in 2 different sizes) that can be attached to the hook on the cluster to affix to the wall hook or structure of your choice
• Repair patch

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
• Air pump: The oversized air valve on the cluster can be inflated and deflated with any standard electric air pump intended for use with inflatables, such as inflatable pools, floats, or air mattresses. You can also inflate with electric balloon pumps, but these to not offer an exhaust to deflate the cluster so would need to be deflated manually.
• Wall hooks: If securing directly to a wall, we recommend damage-free hooks that suit your specific application and that you follow all instructions provided with the hooks you choose. We recommend hooks designed to hold 2lbs for each 5-cluster and 12-cluster garlands, and hooks designed to hold 0.5lbs for the 3-cluster garlands. If using your string to tie multiple clusters together to create a chain, make sure you use heavy duty hooks equivalent per cluster. For example, three 5-cluster sets tied together need at least three 2lb - 5lb hooks along the chain to distribute the weight by attaching each cluster to a hook.
• String: If you choose to use string rather than the provided elastic bands, we recommend natural string such as baker's twine to avoid slipping at the knots. You can use string to attach to a structure of your choice such as a metal arch, banister or similar. You can also use the provided elastic bands in these instances by looping and tying a knot like you would with string.
