DO NOT BUY FOR SMALL CHILDREN
We used there balloons for my triplets first birthday not realizing how weak the confetti balloons are. They pop spontaneously. It’s a nightmare if you have small children. I just fished a piece of confetti out of a babies mouth. Truly terrifying.

I was really skeptical that this would be as easy as other reviews said, but it truly was so simple. The most annoying part is tying balloons. With two people and a little balloon inflator from Amazon it took us about 35-40 minutes. I will definitely be doing more of these in the future! Be careful with the clear balloons, if you overinflate they will explode confetti all over.
