A: Hello Lisa - We appreciate your interest in this item. The air does not leak out of them easily, as long as they are properly sealed. One does not always need to fill in with helium as the balloons are larger and need more helium. if one wants it floating then helium filling is needed. Hope this helps. - Kevin

Very pretty colors but I was disappointed that the pink and purple balloons weren't very good quality and were stuck together. 3 had holes in before I even blew them up and 7 blew down overnight. It was for my 10 Year old so I'm upset for her. The gold one I bought last month for my other daughter was much better quality.

All of the purple and pink balloons were stuck/melted together in the bag. When I pulled them apart, they wouldn’t blow up bc the insides were still stuck together. I was able to get maybe 4 of the them blown up, but 3 of the 4 ended up popping or the ends tore when tying. I do balloon arches for every birthday for my kids. These are by far the worst quality balloons I’ve ever used. Even if they weren’t all stuck together, they still would have popped or tore because the quality of those two types was so bad. Please do not continue selling these.

The only balloons that inflated were the white ones. The pink and purple ones were all stuck together and ripped as we were trying to separate them. Ended up using just the fringe and the white balloons and bigger purple foil ones.

All of the purple balloons were melted together. I was able to unstick some, but when putting air in them they just popped. I had to just throw those away. I was only able to use the white and pink balloons. The back drop was cute though.

This was one of the most awful products I have ever gotten from a Target. All of the balloons were stuck and melted together, And after I peeled them apart and tried to blow them up, they all instantly popped and they were absolutely no purple balloons left, And I only had about five of the white ones and maybe four of the pink ones. And when I tried to put the pink ones on the string, they also popped. Maybe I just got one that had been left out in the sun and returned or something, But I don't even know what happened with this product.

The balloon arch was for a birthday, and I started creating the arch the night before. The purple latex balloons were stuck together (like chocolates melted together) and i had to carefully peel and separate each balloon. Some were sealed shut, so only the openeing filled with air (used a balloon machine), but not the body of the balloon. A lot of balloons were torn during the separation or popped when blown up or shortly after. I started blowing them up the old fashioned way (my lungs) and didn't inflate them as much as i would have liked for fear they would pop. The tassles were finicky, the backdrop was easier to handle than the tassles. Everything stayed indoors. It still looked good all together, but buy spare balloons separately.

We bought this as a backdrop for our daughter's birthday party this year. I felt it was a great value for how big of a statement it makes on display. It did take us about 45 min to set up. My only suggestion would be to make the adhesive on the fringe a little stronger because a few small tugs pulled it off the wall. I would also love to see it designed to be reusable.

Great assortment. I was really excited to just start blowing the balloons and attach them without reading the directions. So it didn't come out as pictured, but looking back, I should've read the directions and would've looked just like it. I still got a lot of compliments. I would totally buy again.
