Q: How many people can the table seat along the sides and ends combined?

submitted by NLM - 7 years ago
  • A: I would say 6 comfortably. 1 on each end is possible, but the leg room is very limited.

submitted byNB - 7 years ago
  • A: no more than 8 comfortably, but those on the ends don't have much leg room since the table legs are not far from the ends of the table. If I were planning on using the table for eating, I'd limit seating to 6.

submitted byGMJ - 7 years ago
  • A: The table can seat up to 6 people. Two on each side and one on each end.

submitted byPDG Customer Service - 7 years ago

  • A: 8 comfortable; 10 not so comfortable

submitted bybj - 7 years ago

Q: Do it come in a box?

submitted by GEB - 7 years ago
  • A: The product is not boxed.

submitted byPDG Customer Service - 7 years ago
    Brand expert
  • A: I ordered 2 and they both were boxed when we picked it up

submitted byMamaD - 7 years ago
  • A: Mine came boxed. I ordered online, to pick up at store, if that makes a difference.

submitted byNB - 7 years ago
  • A: When I picked it up it wasn't boxed. There are multiple carry points on the frame and a handle. If it were shipped perhaps they would use a box. I would ask the customer service department in that situation.

submitted byTryAndTriHarder - 7 years ago

Q: How heavy is the table?

submitted by gleime - 7 years ago
  • A: The table weighs 30 lbs. (see Details tab for product description). I am a 70 year old woman and was able to carry and set it up.

submitted byJH - 7 years ago
  • A: Not heavy at all. Can easily be carried by one person when folded into two, with handle.

submitted byJazzyJ - 7 years ago
  • A: I don't believe it to be extremely heavy. I'm under 5', older and can handle setting it up.

submitted byMamaD - 7 years ago
  • A: I can't believe someone posted it weighs 30 pounds. Maybe that's what the box says but it doesn't feel that heavy. I have a bad back and arthritis and it is very easy to carry and set up. The carrying strap make carrying it easy.

submitted byNB - 7 years ago

Q: I bought this table and my students got crayon on it. I have tried everything to remove the crayon markings and nothing works! Any suggestions?

submitted by Mels - 4 years ago
  • A: use a magic eraser. We used these in preschool and they got crayon off of just about everything. we used a mild cleaner like soapy water or windex if the children were not present.

submitted bydebbie - 2 years ago
  • A: I used to use shaving cream to clean table after art projects

submitted byBarb - 4 years ago
  • A: Would suggest using a mild non abrasive cleaner.

Q: Does this table have Black or Gray legs? The photos show both options.

submitted by Nelly van Bommel - 7 years ago
  • A: The legs are more of a silvery gray color

submitted byPDG Customer Service - 7 years ago
    Brand expert
  • A: The one I just picked up at a local Target has the leg design shown in the second photo (with green tablecloth & two chairs), which will allow a board to be placed across the two crossmembers, as you want. FWIW, the color of the legs is more of a medium gray rather than the lighter gray shown in that photo.

submitted byMV - 6 years ago
  • A: I have the same question - the photos show not only two different leg COLORS, but also two different leg STYLES. Which matters to me because I would like to place a board across the bottom as a lower shelf for off-the-ground storage when I camp. One of the styles shown would allow this, the other would not. Target, please correct the photos!

Q: How thick is this table when folded? I need to know whether it will fit under my couch.

submitted by Jon - 7 years ago
  • A: The table is close to 3" when folded.

submitted byPDG Customer Service - 7 years ago
    Brand expert
  • A: Just a smidge over 3". Love this table!

submitted byShirley - 7 years ago
  • A: I measured mine and it’s 3 1/8 inches thick when folded.

submitted byGMJ - 7 years ago

Q: How much weight can the table hold?

submitted by TGreen - 7 years ago
  • A: The table can hold 300 pounds.

submitted byPDG Customer Service - 7 years ago
    Brand expert
  • A: im not exactly sure but i have been using this table 3x per week for flea markets, it holds a lot of stuff, last week it was piled with heavy dishes an 15 heavy pieces of corningware, it folds in half easy an has a handle, its very thick.

submitted bykaren - 7 years ago
  • A: I don't know the exact weight limit printed on the box or table, but I would guess 100 pounds. I load it up with many items for display at flea markets and craft fairs. But I don't think I would feel safe standing on it.

submitted byNB - 7 years ago

Q: I'm not good with inched/wide or d, please tell me if its 4', 5', or 6' etc. Please and thank you very much

submitted by Lee - 7 years ago

Table is six feet long, not six inches as the title states

Item works well but I'm leaving a bad review because 6" (in the title of the product) means six INCHES not six FEET. The table is 72 inches (six feet) long and no dimension of it is 6 inches. Please fix the title.

Pros And Cons Of The Table

3 out of 5 stars
Thumbs up graphic, would recommend
Candace - 3 months ago, Verified purchaser
PROS: The length and width of the table is really good. You get a lot of space when it is open. It also folds up to a nice small size making it easy for storage. CONS: I'm a short, small person, so having the legs and center of the table locked down is important for easier set up. The legs don't lock in place very well and the center of the table only locks on one side. This makes set up harder than it needs to be, because it kept trying to fold back up while opening it. If you are a parent with small kids this MIGHT hazardous. Would I buy it again? Yes, if I couldn't find another table that had better locking features for the legs and center part of the table.

It was a bit dented, but over all good quality, it has a strong chemical smell. But you can leave it outside so it fades. Can't wait to use them 👍🏻

Middle part where the table folds broke after the first use. Doesn’t seem as strong as other tables I’ve had in the past especially when it was only used once.

Got curbside pickup and there was a 2” hole and damage to side. Not so much a product review as bad customer service. Luckily I checked it out before I left. I still had to go into the store to return and then go get the replacement.

Quality Going Down, Price Going Up

Quinnie - 11 months ago
The original PDG 6ft table I bought 7 years ago had a smooth surface that was easy to clean and had no issues. But I bought 5 more for my business in 2020 and the quality has gone downhill. The top is rough and extremely hard to clean and stains easy. It’s made of very cheap plastic material. Also has a strong chemical scent. Every time I try to clean it, I’m left with yellow residue all over the table that just won’t come off no matter what I do, which makes me believe it’s part of the building materials. It keeps turning my cloths yellow when I try to clean the table. I’m worried about the toxicity and exposure to chemicals. Also, the tabletop is now warping! There’s 3” diameter circular dents all over the top of the table; it’s completely warped. And worst of all, the price keeps going up. This use to be $40, then raised to $50, now it’s $60. They keep increasing the price but the quality is getting worse. Not a fan.

These smell really strange

3 out of 5 stars
Tyler - 1 year ago
Very odd smell to these tables - almost like urine. I have a normal sense of smell. They are going in my garage as a temporary work table for a project so I'm not concerned about that, but I would not want to eat off these or have them in my house until they aired out. A little difficult to set up - they want to fold back on themselves. Overall - for the price and purpose, I'm happy, but if I had another purpose for them where the smell bothered me, I wouldn't be.

I have purchased several of these over the past few years. They are lightweight compared to the old wooden folding tables, but very sturdy. They have held up nicely and I like that they fold in half for easier storage.
