To remove the putty from a child's hair, start by applying a generous amount of petroleum jelly or baby oil to the area where the putty is stuck. Gently comb through the hair with a wide-tooth comb to loosen the putty. If the putty is still stuck, try using a small amount of dish soap or a hand sanitizer and warm water, gently working it into the hair. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and shampoo. Of the two opened so far one shrank to half the size and turned into something more like cold silly putty(can break and reattach but not really stretch it) after about an hour of play and the other is just solid. Mom Hack for car trips
This is one of my Mom Hack items! I always get these for road trips. They aren’t super slimy and sticky, they are almost like a mix between slim and putty. So I don’t have to worry about them getting stuck on things. My kids (6 and 4) love to play with them and it keeps them busy for a while. Add in some googly eyes and you are the best mom ever.
