DOES NOT WORK
I need to cover an open wound that I'm packing because of having breast cyst removed with a little issue with healing and it does not work. It start lifting while I'm showering. By the time I'm done showering, my gauze is wet. I would put plastic to cover my gauze and then tape around. Tape is trash. Very annoying.

Barely Sticks
It says absolutel waterproof tape that stays on during bathing, swimming or sweating.. but mine barely would stick when I first applied it before my shower and absolutely fell off in the shower.

Absolutely not waterproof tape
This is the worse waterproof tape I have ever used. I had to find a way to cover up my zio patch (on dry skin) so it wouldn't get wet- the second I lifted up my arm, the tape separated and no matter what I did, the tape would not stay on. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Saves me everytime
I’m a barber hairstylist and I use it when I accidentally cut myself. The 2 biggest problems w bandaids for me is that they dont stop the bleeding when the cut is on the knuckle and they slip right off at the shampoo bowl. Wrap this around the bandaid and problem solved. Lasts all through multiple shampoos and hand washing.

Will Never purchase again!
I purched this waterproof tape to hold a medical device secure to my body. It did stick, for about an hour! Just my own perspiration caused it to release! I even shaved the area and wiped all oils off with alcohol before applying. Still about an hour and came loose!!! Product is next to worthless in this application!

Glue will leave burns on skin
I used this tape to cover up my thumb area overnight, not even for a full 8hrs and upon waking there is a giant chemical burn from the glue on my skin. I don't have sensitive skin. I've never had this reaction from any bandaid or adhesive before. What on earth is in this glue to cause the burn on my skin!? This product is garbage.

Shockingly bad
Purchased this to cover a medical purchase whil showering. This tape does not stick at all. It was falling off on its own within 1 minute of application. I didn't even get into the shower before it fell off. I can't see what use the tape could ever be, I wish I could give it zero stars.

Phenomenal for Finger Wounds
This tape is WONDERFUL for awkward cuts, incisions and wounds on fingers that shouldn’t get wet. It’s almost like stretchy, soft, foam that’s adhesive. The stretchiness makes it perfect to pull tight around angled spaces (like fingers), and the foam makes it soft and comfortable while feeling very protected. SO happy I came across this!

It worked great, until..
This tape does everything it says and was my favorite tape for years. I've used it with no issues before today. What looks like burn blisters, appeared on my leg where I had the tape placed. I've never had an issue before. I came to the reviews on this site to see if other people had an issue with the tape too. I read several other reviews that had the same problem. It's quite obvious there's inconsistencies with the manufacturing of this product. I won't buy this again.

Not for everyone
I bought this for the first time and it is the last time. I put it on my knee and less than two hours later my knee had rashes and oozing blisters like a chemical burn. I have never had that happen before with any other tape. I ended up throwing it away and treating my knee with aloe.

This waterproof tape really works.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Nexcare Absolute Waterproof Tape from 3-M. This is great stuff. I managed to cut my thumb and I needed a bandage. The bandages wouldn't stay stick on my thumb. So I decided to try this Nextcare tape. Wow did it work! I wore it for 2 days, and it was still stuck! And my cut was almost healed. I could move my thumb just like always and actually forgot that the cut was there. I would highly recommend this Nextcare tape to anyone who needs to put a cover over a wound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of 3M Nexcare absolute waterproof tape. I recently injured my right ring finger and need to prepare some chicken for dinner. Knowing that I would be washing my hands frequently while preparing the chicken and wanting to keep my wound clean, I wrapped my finger with a band aid and the over wrapped it with the Nexcare absolute waterproof tape. I had washed my hands several times during the preparation process and the tape held up tremendously well. Even though it had gotten wet many times, it adhered to the band aid and did not lose its grip on my finger.
