    KT is the best tape.

    KT is the best tape. I'm bone on bone in my knees. This tape allows me to work as a mail carrier and mow lawns without swelling and keeps my pain level at a 3 😁 which is very good.

    Both these Products were what

    This tape is easier to take off . Somehow the regular tape seems to have changed and doesn’t come off easy. Also leaves remnants on your skin .

    I like your products. Use

    I like your products. Use the extreme when I am doing bench press, deadlifts or burpees. Have significant osteoarthritis of right shoulder and it's much better to employ KT than a shoulder sleeve for comfort and range of motion.

    I purchased the KT tape

    I purchased the KT tape for my feet and discovered that it works on my sore knee, as well. KT tape made my sore tendon in my foot feel much better so that I was able to keep doing everyday activities. When wearing it on my knee, I had no soreness, and the tape is less bulky and not hot like my knee sleeve.

    Didn't even last a day

    I've been using KT Tape for years. Bought a new roll yesterday, and applied it to my shoulder. I cleaned and dried the skin, let it sit for 45 minutes before I put my PJs on, and went to bed 4 hours later. Get in the shower the next morning, and it starts peeling he second water hits it. It left a little outline of residue, but came clean off without even irritating the skin. So disappointing!

    It won't stick on my skin. I am using for tennis and it keeps flopping off, which is distracting and irritating. Will not be purchasing again.

    great for ankle sprains

    I sprained my ankle for the first time ever in my life, pretty bad too, but these and arnica came through so much! My ankle didnt feel over compressed and I was able to do my daily routines such as kids drop off, work, work outs and chores with comfort. Definetly recommend these!

    It’s good for the most

    It’s good for the most part but I don’t know if I received a defective batch because some would come right off after less than a minute but I would get another one from the same roll and that one would stay on. I have been using the Pro and Pro Extreme for years and this has never happened.
