Love!

I used these on my knees for about 4 hours and felt so much relief! They moved with my knees and you could barely feel them. I would have pretty sensitive skin, and they came off with no problem.

It is incredibly comfortable and sicks very well. If felt amazing and the cooling did wonders. It held up very well and stayed on all day.

Overall good one

I noticed mild relief within a short time, and the effect lasted longer than expected. The material feels comfortable and doesn’t pull on the skin when removed.

Cooling Relief for Sore Joints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My left shoulder tends to get aggravated when I run, so applying the Heali Menthol and Magnesium Infused Kinesiology Tape after helped calm it down. The menthol scent was strong when I first opened the package, but was more subtle after I applied the tape. I wish the instructions came with more visual examples of how to apply the tape, but I was able to figure it out alright. I appreciate the natural ingredients infused in the tape and believe they helped provide relief to my inflamed shoulder.

Falls off, but overall it’s good

Lasting Cooling Effect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening, you can immediately smell the menthol but it's not too over powering. It is advertised to help with neck pain and directs you to the website for application instructions. Only problem is, the website has application instructions for other areas but no instructions for applying to your neck, so I had to look it up. Application was simple and shortly after applying I could feel the cooling effect of the menthol. The cooling sensation lasted into the next day and helped provide relief. I was only able to wear the tape for 24 hours because my skin began to itch from it. It was easy and painless to remove but my skin was a little red where it was applied. Overall it seemed to help relieve my sore muscles for the short duration i wore it and I will be buying some to try again and try different application techniques!

Cooling relief!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is amazing! Besides the fun design I love that it is infused with menthol and magnesium. I’ve had two ankle surgeries from running and recently picked up some knee pain. I’ve used a variety of tapes and taping mechanisms in conjunction with PT. The tape sticks well and doesn’t come off with repetitive movement or water. The menthol almost feels like constant icy hot on the skin but it’s not overly powerful. The longer the tape is on the more soothing and cooling it feels. The combo magnesium should help promote recovery and pain and for me it’s a nice added benefit- plus the design is cool! #incentivized

Works to relieve pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the scent of this therapeutic tape, it has a light menthol scent that isn’t too strong, it’s kind of relaxing. It feels nice and comfortable when wearing, I feel the pain in my knee melting away. It’s made of a good stretchy material. When removing there isn’t much residue.

It really works!

Overall, I’d have to try it a few more times to make a solid case but it did appear to provide some relief from my one time trial! The smell is strong. But I do like the menthol smell and I think it adds to the feeling of relief and relaxation. I didn’t have any issues with it not adhering well how some have mentioned.

Perfect patches for post-workout delayed muscle so
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] **I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest review.** Very easy to apply, and stays in place without issue. I felt the menthol start cooling within just a couple of minutes. It feels like skin - not uncomfortable and stiff like generic pain relief patches. This patch is very thin and flexible, yet has given me some much-needed relief of the soreness in my upper left back/neck I developed post-workout a couple days ago. The design is super cute, unique, and not bothersome to wear at all! All in all, I am very impressed and definitely recommend Heali patches for anyone looking for relief from DOMS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These strips were easy to apply. Just be careful removing the backing so it doesn't stick to itself when applying. More difficult to remove due to the sticky nature of the product. Minty smell on removal. Noticed no irritation or negative side effects to the product. However, didn't really see any positive or negative benefits of usage either. Maybe needed to use for more than one day to see the positive effects but didn't really notice any changes to my day.

The menthol and magnesium infusion adds a pleasant soothing sensation and the tape is easy to apply, reasonably comfortable, and generally holds up through workouts and daily movement. For mild soreness or general muscle fatigue, it can offer a small boost in relief. In my experience useful for light, temporary support.

Must-have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving the HEALI Cooling Therapeutic Tape! What really sets it apart is the added magnesium. It genuinely feels like it helps with muscle recovery and healing in a way regular kinesiology tape just doesn’t. The menthol cooling effect is such a bonus too. It gives instant relief and feels amazing on sore or tight areas, especially after a long day or workout. The tape itself stays on well, even through movement and sweat, and it’s comfortable enough to keep on for hours without irritation. Between the healing support and that refreshing cooling sensation, this tape has become a new must-have for me. Highly recommend!

Makes a difference just not a fan

Comfortable and Effective

It feels very lightweight and easy to wear, almost forgot I had it one. The menthol feeling wasn’t as strong as I expected it to be (not like an icy hot patch) but it was just right for K tape. I used it on my lower back that has been acting up from running.

Hamstring savior
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been very helpful in repairing my sore muscles after Pilates classes. Magnesium does not repair hamstring muscles unless applied topically, and these are the hack to help! I like the design, the directions were clear. The stickiness lasted all day and did not irritate my skin. I would purchase again and will probably cut the tape to have it last longer.
