Pre-Cut Kinesiology Tape - up&up™

I first bought this about a year ago. I was pretty impressed with how well it worked. But obviously they cheapened the product. I bought it again today and noticed how much thinner the fabric was. To the point I could see thru to the white peel. I put this on and within 5 min I had a corner starting to come off. Now it's been 4 hours and half of my 3 strips have come unstuck. I haven't even been active, just at home making dinner watching tv. Its clear to me they completely change this product and it went from a good dupe to a waste of money. For reference the old version I had lasted a day 1/2. I even wore it in the shower. This won't last night. Let alone real activity or everyday life.

This does not stay on, or really have much pull at all. The pink is a good pink color though….that’s about it.

Zero stick. Came off clean and dry skin in less than 6 hours. Sadly does not compare to brand name.

Would give negative stars if I could. The last tape I had was a drugstore own brand and it did a great job of supporting my Achilles. This is like some kind of wet toilet paper. It doesn’t stay stuck to the skin and it doesn’t provide any support. I had a couple of strips from my old roll and used it after my initial poor experience with this stuff. The drugstore own brand stayed on for three days through three runs and two showers. I pulled it off after the third run and it was only just starting to curl on the edges. Next I go back to this Target one and I couldn’t even keep it stuck for a single run. Before putting it on I warmed it well between my hands. My skin was clean with no moisturizer on. I’m not particularly sweaty, it was a cool day. No reason for it to come right off. But I ended up with an unpleasant flapping tape situation by the end of my run. I gave it to my husband and he tried to tape his nipple piercing down and it didn’t even work for his purposes. I got two rolls of it, so we have two rolls of useless tape. The best we can hope for is that my kids use it for craft projects. But it probably won’t even stick to paper. I now have to go and buy something that works.

I had a skin reaction to the KT tape at the physical therapist office. I’ve worn this tape for a week and no reaction. Easy to use!

My corners roll whether I round them or not. I feel like I am wasting a ton just trying to hit the sweet spot.

I like the canister this comes in, unfortunately, it is not very sticky and does not stay on well. Not even for a few minutes. I have to put Coflex over the top in order for it to stay on my foot. I plan to return this.

so supportive & they hold up so well. I've worn them while working in a grooming salon & they stayed in place my whole shift with no issues. they're my go-to.

Great item. I use this for mouth taping at night. It’s breathable and doesn’t leave a residue.

It started peeling off around the edges almost immediately after applying. I applied right after showering and made sure the area was dry and it still peeled off. I will try the name brand instead.

I like this tape because it’s cheap and works pretty good, it does come off when you get sweaty tho but I love the tape dispenser thing good idea also the tape paper is not like easy to rip when I try to get another piece it like rips under the other piece of type then like half of my tape is just ruined but I like this tape and would buy again

Best tape I’ve found, especially for the price. I like the adhesive better than the brand name stuff. My skin gets sensitive with a lot of tapes, but haven’t had any issues with this one so far. Wish there was a tan or brown version!

Consider this a pack of 19 not 20, because you'll likely ruin the first piece remove the tape that holds the roll in tact, after removing the outer plastic. Because removing that piece of tape will lift the fabric off the backing of the first piece and render it useless. The perforations between pieces. Be careful when tearing or just use scissors because it does not come out cleanly and can ruin the next piece if it accidentally peels off the backing when trying to split the pieces.

I used Up & Up kinesiology tape on my arm and within a day, it caused severe pain, blisters, and skin damage—chunks of skin even came off with the tape. I have no known allergies and have used other tapes without issues. This product has no ingredient list or warnings about potential skin reactions, which is alarming for something applied directly to skin. When I called customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Ok number one, each one of these comes with its own clear holder each time, so you don’t have a spool of tape unwinding in a bag or drawer! easier to tear than others, comes in pink, hello gorgeous!! I got asked if I was wearing it to look cool or what it was for(rude question but I answered) lol then they were like, I totally thought it was decoration, nope but it holds on as good as any tape physical therapy or Dr has put on me, and it’s PINK!

Tape is very thin. Edges fall apart when peeling. Work as intended, but could be way better. Adhesive takes a minute to set on the skin. Should spend more money in the actual tape and not in the case.

It works, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I do like this tape, it is very flexible and gets the job done for taping injuries. However I do wish it was more sticky/lasted longer
