Terrible Product.
I'm shocked this gets the rating it does. Unfortunately, I've had to wrap my knee every day for quite some time. I normally get the KT tape. I thought I'd try this and save money. Bad decision. It does not stay in place. After a couple of hours, all the edges lifted and rolled giving no support. Spend the extra money for the better product if you truly have the need for it.

Don’t waste your money. The adhesive on this tape is awful. It’s not comparable at all to name brand KT tape. Spend the money on the name brand instead of this.

Great value and stays in place!
This tape works exactly as it should. The adhesion is strong enough to last through a sweaty gym session or a run without peeling off, but it doesn't irritate my skin. For the price, you really can't beat the quality compared to the expensive name brands. Will buy again.

Great for knee!
It looks less substantial then other kinesiology tape I've used but I actually think it works even better! At least for my knee, it really helps and is much more affordable than what I'd been buying. I have sensitive skin but had no problem with it, but that could be to do with the location of use.

Does not stick at all
These used to stick as well (if not better) than the brand name KT tape. Unfortunately, the roll that I just picked up today does not stick at all. It’s terrible. I tried four strips in a row and all four peeled off almost immediately. That’s never happened before this roll. Reading the recent reviews, this seems to be a common issue recently.
