Pre-Cut Kinesiology Tape - up&up™

It started coming off the first night I wore it. Better to spend more money on a brand that will work and stay in place.

Splurge and get the name brand. This stuff is horrible. My bandaids stick and give more support than this tape.

It looks less substantial then other kinesiology tape I've used but I actually think it works even better! At least for my knee, it really helps and is much more affordable than what I'd been buying. I have sensitive skin but had no problem with it, but that could be to do with the location of use.

Comes with a holder which is nice to keep the tape from unraveling.

These used to stick as well (if not better) than the brand name KT tape. Unfortunately, the roll that I just picked up today does not stick at all. It’s terrible. I tried four strips in a row and all four peeled off almost immediately. That’s never happened before this roll. Reading the recent reviews, this seems to be a common issue recently.

Waste of money

This doesn’t stick well at all. I put it on clean unlotioned skin and it just didn’t stay in place. There are better options on Amazon.

Do not waste your money. This stuff does not stay put, peels off with any type of motion.

I first bought this about a year ago. I was pretty impressed with how well it worked. But obviously they cheapened the product. I bought it again today and noticed how much thinner the fabric was. To the point I could see thru to the white peel. I put this on and within 5 min I had a corner starting to come off. Now it's been 4 hours and half of my 3 strips have come unstuck. I haven't even been active, just at home making dinner watching tv. Its clear to me they completely change this product and it went from a good dupe to a waste of money. For reference the old version I had lasted a day 1/2. I even wore it in the shower. This won't last night. Let alone real activity or everyday life.

This does not stay on, or really have much pull at all. The pink is a good pink color though….that’s about it.

Zero stick. Came off clean and dry skin in less than 6 hours. Sadly does not compare to brand name.

Would give negative stars if I could. The last tape I had was a drugstore own brand and it did a great job of supporting my Achilles. This is like some kind of wet toilet paper. It doesn’t stay stuck to the skin and it doesn’t provide any support. I had a couple of strips from my old roll and used it after my initial poor experience with this stuff. The drugstore own brand stayed on for three days through three runs and two showers. I pulled it off after the third run and it was only just starting to curl on the edges. Next I go back to this Target one and I couldn’t even keep it stuck for a single run. Before putting it on I warmed it well between my hands. My skin was clean with no moisturizer on. I’m not particularly sweaty, it was a cool day. No reason for it to come right off. But I ended up with an unpleasant flapping tape situation by the end of my run. I gave it to my husband and he tried to tape his nipple piercing down and it didn’t even work for his purposes. I got two rolls of it, so we have two rolls of useless tape. The best we can hope for is that my kids use it for craft projects. But it probably won’t even stick to paper. I now have to go and buy something that works.

I had a skin reaction to the KT tape at the physical therapist office. I’ve worn this tape for a week and no reaction. Easy to use!

My corners roll whether I round them or not. I feel like I am wasting a ton just trying to hit the sweet spot.
