The adhesive in the tape fibers fray when tearing each strip. This is essentially a death sentence for that strip. For the cost and durability that is expected from pro level, it’s unacceptable. Could just be bad luck, but I’ve seen this fraying before on the cotton tape.

I am unable to support my body the way it needs. K-Tape make it possible. To have the tape with additional healing I’d amazing. I tell every person how necessary this product is if you have muscle pain.

KT Tape has helped me with my arthritis pain for probably at least 15 years and it has also helped me through several injuries. I was excited to try the new KT tape Pro Ice and it has been very helpful on my bone on bone arthritis knee pain. By having the topical pain relief in the tape it supports and calms the inflammation all in one treatment. It stays on a few days and is easy to remove.

I've been using KT tape on/off for about 10 years. Bottom line-it always works. From shoulder injuries to muscle issues, KT tape has always worked. With regards to the KT Tape Pro ice, I had a muscle issue in my right thigh that was super tight, and made it very painful when trying to stretch it out. I tried pretty much everything, including a "muscle roller", but nothing really worked. This tape was my last resort. And lo and behold, it worked almost immediately. The pain immediately subsided, and it allowed me more movement and flexibility. Super impressed with this product. One note, I read some reviews of the product before purchasing it, and some complained about the tape not coming off cleanly, leaving some residue. I guess it does happen occasionally, but I've only had one piece of tape that left some residue. Don't worry, it will come off in the shower with a wash cloth. Not a big deal, especially when I consider the benefits the tape.

This is great !!!! My knee was hurting. I put this tape on and the pain was gone. I took it off the next day because I felt good but the minute I took it off I was in pain again. So now I were it all the time. Just remember to remove it before a shower and replace it to your very dry skin

This tape provided me with a tremendous amount of relief from my DeQuervain’s tenosynovitis. The only problem is, it isn’t water resistant AT ALL. I wore it to work and the heat from my hand in a nitrile glove caused it to slide off effortlessly. But it is very soothing

While I love normal KT tape, this did nothing extra for me. There was no cooling feeling when applied. You would be better off applying a patch over the KT tape. The tape itself, however, still functions just fine so it still has a purpose to me.

I'm giving the KT Pro Ice tape a 4 Star review. . . I've used just anything KT makes. . . but the Pro Ice us a beast. . No other company can hold a candle to this one!! I usually purchased tge regular tape when I don't mind replacing them daily. . then I moved up to the KT Tape Pro Extreme. Pro Extreme us great, it's breathable, water resistant. . and is good up to 3 days (for me). . . Let's look at the Pro Ice. . . I wear due to my ailments from having Lupus. . . for the menthol quirlets the pain a bit and it keeps me moving with ease. It's wearable for a few days and it's water resistant. The only problem I have is when it starts falling from the skin it leaves a sticky residue behind. . . . . when its wet. Its rakes a minute or two to get it off. I'm not sure why it happens because Pro Extreme doesn't do that when it starts falling from the skin if andcwhen it's wet.

I’m giving 3 stars for a few key reasons: The Ice Pro tape doesn’t offer the same level of support as regular KT Pro tape. The cooling effect is very short-lived, not as lasting as expected. Removal is difficult — even on dry skin, it leaves behind glue residue. Worst of all, the adhesive causes dermatitis for me, which I don’t experience with KT Pro.
