The tie is mostly blue and has silver stars throughout. It does light up with a battery however ours did not work so I’ll have to exchange it. It comes with an elastic piece that goes around your neck to keep it in place. This would also be great for other holidays like memorial day or flag day. It attached with a little elastic that goes around your neck. It has blue sequins with silver sequin stars and then a few little lights that light up. They are hard to see during the day but at night they reflect off the sequins and are more noticeable. Overall, a fun addition to any Americana outfit! I received an incentive to write this review.

He was even more excited when he realized that it would light up and be perfect to wear as a silly outfit for Fourth of July. The Thai fit him well and it looked easy to operate.
