This is a nice, work top and is surprisingly flattering even with the double ruffle. I am a 16w and the 1X was too big in the waist and chest. I am small chested though. Also, there is nothing to close that area so you will need a cami or fashion tape to close it. I thought the “waist” seam is too high, it’s more empire/babydoll than it is peplum.
