Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls absolutely love this bunk bed! It's extremely nice quality and very pretty. Instructions were detailed and helped making this a breeze to built. It's very sturdy well made metal. My girls love the easy of climbing in and out of it.

Great bunkbed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bunkbed is really well built and easy to put together. It is sturdy and looks really good. The bottom bed doesn’t feel claustrophobic at all since it is bigger than the top bunk. Doesn’t shake when either sleeper is moving around. Can’t recommend it enough!

All in one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this the other day and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I have 6 grand boys and I can put them all in 1 room. This product is very steady and thick that I’m not going to worry about it breaking if all my boys are in it at 1 time. Very good material and can withstand the roughest of boys. Not saying that girls aren’t rough too. We will enjoy it.

Well built and sturdy!
Love this bunk bed. My sons are bigger than average kids for their age so they needed something I could trust. They are growing too fast so I didn't want something rickety. I really like how each level is 400 lb weight limit (even though they aren't even close to that) - it still makes me feel better. It should say that in the description though - I had to call to find out the lbs per bunk bed. Overall this item is well built and sturdy!

Horrible latter
The overall bunk bed is a great investment. The only thing I absolutely hate is the latter. I wish it was made with bars as steps. My poor daughters feet hurt each time she steps on them. They are not flat steps but rather bars. If I would have known this I don't think I would have purchased this for that sole reason. Now I have to go buy a floating noodle used in pools to cut it to fit each step so her feet are not in pain each time she steps on each step. If they would have made the steps flat it would be an overal 5 star investment.

Good bed at a great price!
I bought this bed so that my daughter and two granddaughters could visit over night without having to put one kid on the floor (there was only a double bed in the guestroom). This bed sleeps three, probably two small kids on top if you really needed to, but takes up the same amount of space as one double bed. It is lightweight, but seems really sturdy. I can move it around on my own if it doesn't have the mattresses on it. The bottom of the lower bunk is 11 inches from the floor, so there's plenty of room to put plastic storage boxes and other stuff underneath. There are 34 inches between the bunks, so you can figure your final distance depending on the size of mattress you put on it. I plan to use an 8-inch memory foam mattress and I'm a bit claustrophobic, but because of the open design of the bed, I think this will be fine. On the top bunk, there are 14 inches from the platform to the top of the side rail, so an 8-inch mattress will work here as well and still leave enough rail height to keep a child from falling out. I have 9-foot ceilings, so the bed is well below the ceiling fan. I've only just assembled it and haven't used it yet, but I think it will serve my needs. This is why I only gave it four stars since I don't know how it will perform. I wanted to address one assembly question. Do Not use a power drill. My husband has every tool known to man and he thought he'd use the drill and have the bed together in minutes. Unfortunately, the screws are very soft metal and the first one stripped. We had to go buy another one as there were no spares. So Do use a screw driver and finish the tightening process with the allen wrenches provided. It took us about an hour or less doing it all by hand. The tricky bit is the upper bunk, so if you have at least two other people available to hold it while you put in the screws, that is better. The instructions were pretty good except at the end it said to put the ladder on before the rail on the top bunk. I think this has changed because of the way the holes were drilled. Also if you put the ladder on last, it's easier to get the bottom mattress on. Overall, I think I will really like this bed for my guests, and it leaves more floor space in my tiny guestroom. If I have any negatives or issues, I'm add them here, but for now, I'm looking forward to have the girls visit (an take turns on the top bunk).

Happy
The bedframe metal is decent. The frame under the mattress seems to be flimbsy little when I lay on it and I am under the max weight. There isnt a rail to keep the bottom mattress on the bed frame BUT overall I am happy and the kids are happy.
