This Gift Card is non-reloadable and may not be purchased for resale or resold. American Express Gift Cards cannot be purchased with a Target GiftCard. Number of Gift Cards purchased may be limited. Returns are not accepted of the American Express Gift Card. The $25 and $100 Gift Cards are not available to Hawaii or Vermont residents.
