The electronic / sent by email VISA Gift Cards are a total Rip-Off!!! I could not forward it to my daughter for her birthday, as advertised on Target.com. Called Target help....waited, he said he could do nothing, filed a report, said I would hear back in 2 days.....it's been almost to 2 months - ZERO RESPONSE! Click on the mail link to try to get the card for me, it wants a CVV#! There is NO CVV number in the email. There is no help or contact number for their 'partner' website where this card is managed. TERRIBLE!!!! I am stunned. I have been a Target.com customer for years & I am out $56. Thank God I didn't buy more. TERRIBLE TARGET, SHAME ON YOU!!!

Bought this as a present for them to use wherever they wanted to. It said visa gift card you would think you could use it anywhere for groceries. Whatever as a credit. However, this is wrong anywhere else it does not work. It does work at target just not anywhere else that you want to use it so they get their money back and it’s worthless. I do not recommend this gift card don’t buy a gift

I bought this gift card in person at Target as a bithday gift. It turned out a bad gift. The problem is that it doesn't get added to the recipient's Google wallet and we got an error massage saying that the card is invalid.

Do not buy this gift card. It is hard to use on any site other than target. Also, the website to check the balance doesn't work.

BEWARE of buying this gift card. Bought this for my son for his birthday when he tried to add it to google for gaming purchases it wouldn’t work and they flagged his account and is unusable now. He then tried to use it on Amazon and same thing. Didn’t work and account got locked. This card also can’t be used on PayPal Venmo or any other payment sites. I called the card company and they said it has to be used in person at the merchant. I managed to get a refund that I had to wait 3 weeks for but lost the $5 load fee. So they got $5 off me for nothing and a lot of hassle.
