Do NOT buy this - got this because it says it can be added to Apple Pay and planned to use it for weekend getaway versus having Debit card out. It DOES not work. EVERY online store declines. The 800 number does not help and will tell you to "re-try" in two hours. Two hours never comes. They want you take it inside of a store to manually type in the numbers at the merchant.

These worked fine for me before - the Target prepaid cards are now under a nee bank that doesn’t appear to allow Apple Pay, so they are likely going to pretty useless depending on what you need it for. Wish I knew before I spent the fee to order them. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Target.

0 stars was not an option. These are just useless waste of money. I bought 3 of them valued at $200 a piece as I was traveling and didn’t want my debit card to be used(controlled spending). These cards have been declined everywhere and no one (i mean not target, pathway or anyone will help with them.) completely useless. Do not buy!!!! I would reject them even if given to me free of charge. Target should remove these off the site.
