    Do not purchase Anker products from Target

    I purchased this charging cable and it does not work after a while using it. It is still under the 18 months warranty so I contacted Anker. They said they can send me a replacement but somehow could not locate my order even though I gave them Target order number and invoice number and sent them the invoice from Target. They told me to contact Target instead but Target is not willing to help at all as it is outside of the return window and asked me to contact Anker. Unsure why Anker is unable to locate my order if Target is the official reseller. I will not purchase any Anker product from Target again.

    Awful Charger

    Worst charger I’ve ever purchased. Barely worked when I first got it. Nothing fast about how it charges. Got to where it would maybe go up a percent per hour after a few weeks with it. Their customer service is abysmal. They asked me to ship it to them, with my money, to replace it. Dawg, I bought this to be my charger. What am I supposed to charge my phone with in the meantime? Ended up getting a different brand one for what the shipping would have cost me. I’ll never buy anything Anker again. Trashy company. Kick rocks.

    We own many Anker cables, and some of have had issues, which Anker has replaced under warranty. This is the absolute worst quality one we have ever purchased, failing four months after buying it. The Lightning tip broke off in the iPhone.

    We bought 3 of these cables for Christmas in 2024. 2 of them stopped working for no apparant reason within 30 days and they are not eligible for a return. I bought them because they are inexpensive and seemed durable. They are garbage. Buy something else.

    It works perfectly for the first month you have it then only three months later is when it starts to not work anymore. This cord is horrible and didn't even last as long as my cord my phone came with! I've inquired the company about it and I keep getting the runaround. It's fine tho since I know now who I shouldn't consider getting another cord from!

    Bought this charger a while ago works amazing. Why did I give it 1 star if it’s amazing? Well when it’s charging it gets EXTREMELY hot and has now burned the plastic where you plug the phone in at, only happens when the phone is plugged in. Without a doubt a Fire hazard. Buy at your own risk.

    This is the 2nd time I have bought an Anker charger.. the first was a 10ft and that one broke in a couple months. I thought maybe it was me and I used it wrong or something so I bought a 2nd 6ft one 11/25 and it's already not charging. I have been so delicate with this one and don't travel with it or anything. I plug it in at night on my nightstand and that's it... Bottom line is this brand is garbage. Don't waste your money
