The phone has been great, however ATT has been horrible, they tried to overcharge me , and didn't honor their promotion about reimbursing me for my old phone so I had to pay $200 that should have been reimbursed. Will be going elsewhere as soon as I can.

I have had problems with Iphone 16 pro max since purchase. While talking on the phone regardless of my location, the person can’t hear me, nor can I hear them. I called the store last week where I made purchase, and was told to take it to Apple for diagnostics. I never had any problems with the 14 pro

I don't know if it's the os or the phone, but not only did my experience not improve, I have all the same issues and more. It's just another phone, I was fine with my 13. Siri is worse, connecting to bluetooth less seamless. I just have a payment now...

I owned an IPhone12 pro for years and it was a great phone. This Iphone16 pro plus has a sound that is tinny. Articles on Facebook will freeze. I think Apple throws out these phones without improving them.
