Aquabeads Create N Decorate: DIY Art Kit with Water Beads, Templates & Storage Case for Kids 4+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit was a ton of fun for my daughter. There are plenty of beads in multiple colors to make your creation colorful and unique. The convenient carry case keeps everything contained and portable. These seem safer and easier for kids to use than the beads that require a hot iron to set, as these only need to be sprayed with water and then set to dry.

There are so many designs to choose from including templates available from the site. The bead colours are diverse but the amount could be more especially if you want to make more larger projects. So easy to use and but have to be careful as we’ve had some booboos and had to remake the designs again. The spray was easy to use and the waiting part was the hardest! Already ordered my refill package!

This arts and crafts bead kit is the perfect introduction to the world of Aquabeads, providing hours of imaginative play and artistic expression. I love that she and I can share in a craft activity together that we both love. I do have to warn you though, these are very addictive, I kid you not. I also really appreciate that cleanup is a breeze.

The kit comes neatly organized in a cute carrying case with tons of colorful beads, design templates, and a layout tray — everything you need to start making little bead creations right away. I love how easy it is to use — you just place the beads on the tray, spray with water, and they magically stick together, no ironing needed. It’s a great mix of relaxing and rewarding, especially watching the designs come to life as they dry. The only small downside is that some of the beads can roll away easily, so working on a flat surface is a must. Overall, it’s a super cute and mess-free craft that’s perfect for kids or anyone who enjoys a little bit of hands-on creativity.

I like that it comes in a case to keep the beads all secure and separated. You could make some really cute designs with this site. It is small enough where you can bring it with you on road trips. I think this is a great value gift To give to any girl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions are seriously lacking. We had to look up videos on YouTube in order to figure everything out. We were thinking it would be a similar experience to heat fuse beads but we were way off. We were also dissatisfied with the amount of included beads . 900 sounds like a lot, but in reality it’s a paltry amount. It was an extremely frustrating experience for my 9 and 12 year old. I couldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

She picked it up all on her own with little to no help and has been engrossed. It’s a super cute craft. It’s a great deal for the money and comes in a great case to pack it all up in. When you need more beads you simply order refills. It has no odor and seems pretty non toxic as well. I highly recommend it!

You can created the own designs or follow the instructions. The package is colorful. We love the texture of the beads and very durable. No scent.

The lid has an area where you can create your designs so the beads don't roll away. It says it comes with 900 beads which I was shocked because it sure doesn't look like much. I was a little underwhelmed after first opening it up, but after you get everything sorted it really starts to come together. This would be a great, reasonable priced gift. My ten year old loves it and she can spend hours creating her own masterpieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These aqua beads are fun and creative as long as you have time and patience to get used to it. They come with a little directions sheet, but it’s more just pictures and I found it to be a little confusing and not helpful at all, but you can very easily do a quick search and you’ll find tons of tutorial videos that will help you. I like that the toy is a case to hold all your materials as well as an area to work on. It’s great for kids to learn patients taking their time and dexterity. My daughter is six and she did well with it and enjoyed it and thought it was really cool. Our first little things came out pretty good but did fall apart in one area. But I think it’s something that as you use it, you will get used to and have better results. That being said you do wanna make sure you get used to it quick because you’re gonna have to buy more beads to do more projects so you wanna make sure that you’re getting the bus result with what you have. Overall I thought it was fun. It’s definitely up my daughter and I’s alley as we love to Craft. That being said, I also have a lot of patience for stuff like this so if I’m giving a little bit of a warning about it, it might not be for somebody who gets quickly frustrated or irritated with little tedious things.

These are GLUE balls. My 8 year daughter painstakingly created a little design out of these dots using my tweezers (no tweezers were provided even though a youtube video we watched showed the kids using tweezers). She activated it with water and flipped her design onto the floor as suggested by the picture instructions. They were STUCK on the floor. I tried to slide a piece of cardboard (came in the package) under it so that it wouldn't dry on our wood floors but a few beads came undone. I carefully tried to reconnect them. Welp, the stuff stuck onto the cardboard. It's been over an hour and it's still tacky. The instructions said wait 15 mins. I don't understand this. I wanted to throw the whole kit into the garbage. I don't want any water to accidentally get on the leftover dots because it will just create a mess.

Instructions were extremely hard to follow and after watching YouTube videos, the product ended up not working. My daughter is extremely disappointed.

Defective. Does not work, instructions and pieces are incomplete. Don’t buy or waste a dollar on this. Target should stop selling.

This was the worst purchase I've ever made. There are barely any instructions and nothing is actually able to be created. Don't waste your money.

This was the worst toy we’ve ever purchased. Giving it 1 star is being generous. This toy left both of my kids in tears and not the good ones. Incredibly difficult to execute, poor and faulty product, lack of instructions.

My just turned 11yr old has been begging for this kit for months. Today she opened it for her birthday and we were both immediately disappointed with it. The instructions were incredibly difficult to follow even after going to YouTube for help. The beads also did not stick together well at all and started falling apart. Such a waste of money. We only tried to put together the unicorn and it was a straight up "Pinterest Fail." Do NOT buy this crap!
