[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8yr old daughter loved all of the different color bead options. The only issue we ran into was that the instructions weren't very clear. We ended up messing up the first attempt due to placing the beads in the wrong area. Once we trial and errored and figured out how to do the craft correctly, my daughter and her friend had a blast making keychains for each other. We loved the case that the beads are organized in.

Cute activity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little tedious to set up, and the stencils are kind of hard to see through the plastic for design. I wouldn’t suggest for any child under 8 because of how many pieces and how small the beads are. Designs are cute!

Great activity for snowy day!

It was a great way for the girls to do an activity on snowy day with material that was in age for both of them. The able to make durable little cute animal's and design of bunches of balloons.

Crafting for fun

Not a fan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a huge fan. The instructions had no words. The stencils needed for it get wet after the first use, it’s not really a product you can do more than once. They don’t seem very sturdy once completed.

Wonderful product that kept my kids busy for hours
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is adorable! It’s straightforward and easy to use. My 7 year old played with it for hours so it’s a great value! There was plenty of supplies. There was no smell and it surprisingly wasn’t messy at all. It’s made well too so I’m sure it will be used over and over again.

Fun craft
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Aqua Beads set and really liked it. It has enough beads to make a few starter characters and kept the kids entertained. I do wish it came with more beads, but the designs are super cute. Just be mindful of the recommended age, as the beads are small and could be a choking hazard. Overall, a fun craft set.

My 9-year-old, my 4-year-old, and I all sat down and divided out the beads into the trays and made a cute design! My 4-year-old is duck obsessed, so she made a duck! My 9-year-old got creative and made her own art, and I made a heart! Super easy to do! All we did was pick a design, line up our beads to match the deisgn, spray some water, and let it dry for a few minutes and ta-da, now they have cute handmade keychains for their backpacks that they created! They are excited to make more as christmas gifts for friends and even as christmas decorations for the tree! I think this is a fabulous gift for any kid who loves arts and crafts! Plus, the best part is that it all goes right back into the cute purse shaped organizer to keep everything together and tidy. The packaging is a win for sure! 10/10 I will definitely be repurchasing this product! Aqua beads for the win!

Finicky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our second attempt at making an aquabeads creation. Our first one completely fell apart, despite following the directions and waiting the appropriate amount of time for it to dry. The second time we let it sit for much longer to ensure it dried and all stuck together. It seems quite a bit flimsier than its perler bead counterpart. That being said, my 7 year old daughter thoroughly enjoys playing with it.

The pieces are very tiny and my daughter dropped it and it was a disaster to clean up! That was my main concern in this product,. Easy to take with and store because of the little carry case.

Poor instructions and not fun for kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 year old and I have attempted a couple of the templates and they are very frustrating. The instructions for the different options are poorly detailed pictures and occasionally have a time on them that I guess you are supposed to wait for it to dry but that isn’t even clear. When you are putting down the beads you have to be very steady because if you slightly bump any of the other beads everything moves out of place. When you spray them it seems to take way longer than the instructions say to actually dry and stay together, and even then it is very fragile. The box says in small print to wash hands after using because of whatever is on them to make them stick together when they get wet, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend for kids any younger than my 7 year old for the risk of them putting their fingers in their mouth before washing. Overall, this is not a craft my daughter enjoyed or wanted to do again.

The beads stuck together well, but they are a little fragile- it comes with key rings to attach but there is no way anything would hold up if hung from a backpack. The case concept is good- but the beads are hard to get out of the case if you pour them in. And it’s super easy to spill. The case doesn’t close securely either so it’s an accident waiting to happen. Not too big to store, but it is a pain to play with. My daughter also struggled with the beads moving in and out of the little prongs to form the designs and got frustrated a few times. The designs themselves were cute.

Fun to design, but the drying process was slow and
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AquaBeads Create & Decorate set was easy and fun to design with, but the drying process was really disappointing. We followed the instructions sprayed water, left it in the tray for 15 minutes, drained the water, and let it sit but it never fully dried. It actually took almost two days, and even then the back had this weird sticky, glue-like layer. The idea of the set is great, and the designs themselves are simple to make, but the drying time and messy finish definitely take away from the experience.

Best gift for crafty kids

My 6 year old has been loving this toy since I received it. The instructions are super easy to follow. Now I need to find out if I could purchase more of the beads!
