Q: How long would ice back stay in it out of a refrigerator

A: Thank you for choosing our Arctic Zone product. Ice packs should be kept in the freezer for a day or overnight and then placed inside the bag prior to leaving. The amount of time the ice packs stay cold is dependent on what is packed inside if the items are frozen or cold. This bag is built to keep items cold and fresh all day long. Love that it comes with 2 ice packs and they have their own compartments soit doesn't take away from space inside the container. Just about allow my meal prep containers fit along with normal size drink and smaller snacks. The long adjustable strap is removable and can be affixed to another part of the lunchbox so your lunch can lie flat instead of on its side. One of the hand straps also has a buckle/snap thing so the lunchbox can be attached to a backpack strap. Had this thing for 4 months so far, every day use and no issues!

Poor quality
Purchased this lunchbox back in July for my 5th grader, he had been using the same lunchbox since 2nd grade. It was time for an upgrade. Well this lunchbox didn’t last us 5 months of use. Zipper came right off. Store won’t take it back, this is clearly a quality issue.

I really like this lunch box. Starting with the pros, you can hook the strap to the top and side so it can be carried both ways. The zippers glide smoothly, and the zippers are marked so you know where to put the ice packs. The bag has reflective strips on top and bottom plus the name is reflective too. It has a thick, sturdy handle. The strap is also adjustable. The icepacks can be seen through the pouches. This is very helpful in case they were to break and very helpful for those who might be forgetful to see if they're there when packing food or drinks. The handle can be unclipped to add keys or other components which is nice. Now the cons I encountered. The strap is thin. It would be a joy if they were wider with some kind of shoulder pad for comfort. That's really the only complaint I have.
