A: Hello! While we’d love to give a specific number of hours that your items will stay cold, it really depends on the surrounding conditions. For example, a bag kept indoors in a cool, air-conditioned environment (around 68°F) will keep contents cold much longer than one exposed to direct sunlight in 90°F heat. Other factors—like how long the bag was frozen for, how full the bag is, and how often it’s opened—can also make a big difference. Since all of the above factors vary dependent on who is using the bag, we cannot give a specific number of hours that the bag stays cold.
