Description

When it comes to your car, knowing what's happening at all times can be critical during an accident or any other situation. The Armor All Rearview Mirror Dash and Backup Camera provides an additional set of eyes when driving. At 720P HD, you'll be able to record anything that occurs in front of or behind your car. A 4.3 Color LCD screen on the mirror can be turned on or off to display what's happening around you. If motion is detected, the camera will begin recording, upon stopping and the device turning off, your files will automatically save. Our camera comes with a 16GB storage card pre-installed for all of your recordings. You'll have a 110° reverse field of view for anything approaching you. Installation for the front camera is easy as it connects to your existing mirror with the included rubber clips. For the backup model, you have to install the wire to link to your reverse lights to connect it. If you have any concerns, our manual contains a detailed overview of that installation. The DC charger/cable easily connects to your car's DC Port for instant power. Know what's happening as your drive with the Rearview Mirror Dash and Backup Camera.

Q: Will the rear camera just work without being connected to the rear tail light? What I mean is my car already has a backup camera and I just want the rear camera to record any motion if I get rear ended.

    So far so good

    Very easy to install a bit confused about the the license plates camera it covers the state. I don't think that's legal so I'm going to try another way of putting the review camera on.

    Don't waste your money

    The problem I'm having is setup and keep the camera on it keep shutting down and want come back on until I unplug it, this should be very easy also this isn't my first dash camera so I do know how to setup.

    Barely works, backup cam doa

    The front camera works fine and it seems to be recording. Nothing seems to make the rear camera turn on. I’ve tried wiring it according to the diagram to the reverse light. I also tried to the license plate light to see if I could turn it on with the light switch. Nothing works.

    Blurry

    The front camera works perfectly. Unfortunately the rearview pic is blurry and I can't see anything when in reverse. The tech was nice and I followed his steps to "fix" the issue but to no avail. I will contact the warranty dept and see what happens there

    Confused

    The instructions are confusing doesn't give clear guidance on how to use or install this product correctly. Could not find any videos on line for this particular brand and model dash cam. Right now 2 because I still have not gotten this camera to work. It is asking me to format my SD card but does not tell me how to do that.

    Quality is great, but sadly can't install back up camera as the cords that are provided are not long enough to reach for my vehicle. Any way could send my longer cords for the back up camera that would be greatly appreciated
