great for packaging
I have a P35 stapler that I have used at work for over 20 years. I purchased a new one so we can use it in different departments at the same time. The new was was dropped and the copper or brass piece inside was lost. I was told you do not sell replacement parts for your stapler. That is why I would not recommend it to anyone else. Not backing up your product with spare parts isn't a very great idea. Especially as expensive as everything is now. Saving money by repairing instead of replacing is something most people are doing.

Apparently if you have a bad review, Arrow will not let it get posted. I guess they are afraid of bad reviews will hurt there sales.

I have several different Arrow staples and have sued them for years.

I have a hardware store and if customers are looking for a stapler that is all I carry they know that I will back them to work and the staples and always carry the staples. Right now I carry 5 different staplers, but since COVIDI do have trouble getting the staples from my supplier.

first time buying one
bought one of these to staple a thin piece of canvas together worked great for about 5 staples and jammed. took it apart cleared the jam and it wont drive the staples past the head. cant find anything wrong so I bought another thinking I just got a bad one and the second one wont fold a staple all the way over straight out of the box never even got to use it. tried calling the number and couldn't talk to anyone and cant find anything on line to help. the first one didn't have the copper clip in it but the second one did if that means anything.

fell apart
Worked great for a little while. Seems to be high qaulity all metal construction, but the striker mechanism fell apart The diagram shows dn8240a as a single part, but its made of several and I can't figure out how to reassemble.
