Rivets get stuck
Brand new. Fastened 3 rivets. Next one got stuck. Spent 30 minutes looking online for answers. 1. Contact Arrow and get a replacement. 2. Take it apart after buying a special tool 3. Return it. I’m in the beginning of my project, so those are not options to me. Figuring the worst case would be #3, I took a hammer and punch to it, and got it out. So when you take this tool up the ladder for your job, be sure to bring a hammer and nail set with you!! NOW I can return it for a better one. This tool needs a design upgrade!

Hello, we're sorry that you had trouble with your rivet tool. You may have to squeeze the handle more than once to release the rivet. It’s also important to select the best rivet size for the application and pre-drill pilot holes before attempting to install rivets. Fabolous tool
I bought this a couple of weeks ago, It is the best riveter I have ever used. While working with cars and the wifes crafts. The multi tips and swivel head has made a lot of jobs very easy to get done. Very easy to use one handed. #1117

Great tool
This is my second tool from Arrow, and it performs well. So far, I've only used it with aluminum rivets, and the performance has been flawless. Color coding is REALLY helpful.
