Book Synopsis

No vas a salir igual. Esa es la idea.

_____________________________________________________

You see it in the same arguments, the same wounds, the same reactions you swore you would never repeat. And each time, you tell yourself the same thing: if he would change, if she would understand, if things were different.

But there is one question you have spent years avoiding: Do I spend more time thinking about what others should change than about what I need to change myself?

That is the territory of Autodiálogo. This is not a book that tells you what to do; it is a book that asks the questions you avoid--the ones that hurt, the ones without easy answers, the ones only you can answer. Because the most important conversation of your life is the one you have with yourself, and very few people are willing to have it honestly.

These are one hundred brief, incisive reflections. Each one offers a truth, shows why it matters, and leaves you alone with questions that continue working inside you long after you close the book. Not to make you feel guilty, but to take you deeper: to the bitterness you justify, the fear you disguise as prudence, the pain you pretend is not there--and the truth that can begin to heal you.

Written by Dr. Sebastián Palermo, a physician trained in psychiatry, this book comes from someone who understands the mind with clinical precision and the soul with spiritual depth. That is why he does not stop at the symptoms; he goes to the root.

You will not leave unchanged.

That is the point.
