The flavor is very distinct, nothing like your regular run-of-the-mill mayo. Everything tastes fresher and it has a more punchy flavor to it which I love. My only issue is that it seems to separate much more easily than your typical generic mayo, but to me, that is evidence of less added ingredients to keep the ingredients emulsified. Just be sure to refrigerate and use it quicker than typical mayo.

Tastes like regular mayonnaise with slight vinegar taste.
What I really like about this product is the ease of dispensing, since it comes in a squeeze bottle. The taste is amazing especially because it has a slight vinegar taste. The only thing I dislike about it is the price. In my opinion it’s expensive but overall product is great!

Best mayo ever!!
We now lovingly call this “Molly (Baz) Mayo” in our house. It is now a staple. It has great flavor and good ingredients. Only thing I would change is the packaging bc the top gets messy, and it’s hard to control how much I’m dispensing.

Who greenlit this product
I tried it straight and it was horrible. It was such a strong bitter oil flavor. I tried to use it for chicken salad or even a spicy mayo just to use it up but the bitter oil flavor comes through so strong that it ruins everything I add it to. It also has such a short shelf life. Most of the bottles were already expired on the shelf, and I managed to find one that expires next month. The price is an absolute scam.

They have swapped the stock at Target with a lesser quality product, containing seed oils, in nearly identical packaging. It even appears in my list as the same product when shopping my past orders. Hoping they will bring the avocado oil based Ayoh! back, the company still makes it as far as I know!

Saftey seal not attached
I disliked it only because the safety seal was not sealed. Fell off as soon as I unscrewed the top. It had been in my pantry for a couple of weeks before using it. It had a fungus on it so I threw it away. I might not buy again for that reason.

I use mayo to make my chicken cutlets instead of egg it keeps the chicken moist and adds another flavor element and the breadcrumbs stick to it so well.
