Not what I was expecting, your paying only for the brush.

We got this for our daughter for her 14th birthday. She was disappointed with the straightening part of the product. That was one of the pieces she really wanted. Trial and error, I guess. I was looking at other products, but this was more reasonable and had great reviews as well. I know this is a good product line, but it didn’t work for us.

I bought this specifically for travel. I have chin length fine hair that needs volume. This just didnt work for me. Bought directly from the company which was dumb as I dont think I can return it because I used it. How else do I know if I like it? Buyer beware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe I just don't have the right hair type for the volumizing or smoothing attachments (2B/C curls), but I find it's taking longer to dry my hair than with my old round brush dryer and flat iron. I don't seem to get any smoothing or volumizing from either attachment, and instead have a lot of frizz and half-released curls. I have not yet tried the diffuser, so I have better hopes for that. But for the price point and a brand I trust, I expected better results.

I love this styler. It is quiet and blows out my hair smoothly and quickly. It is lightweight and not bulky. I only used the paddle brush and round brush attachments so far. They work great and make blowing out my hair a breeze. I would highly recommend.

The good Its lightweight like really lightweight...very comfortable. It doesn't get too hot and does not scorch your hair . The blowout looks fantastic. The bad why ,oh why would this company not have the curl wands ? Like why really? They have a diffuser, paddle brush and round brush and some other attachment that honestly I haven't figured out yet . But please anyone reading this. add the curling wands as a separate purchase it would make this perfect! Thank you

I am so happy with this purchase! I've looked at other multi stylers and debated heavily between options. My hairdresser always recommends Babyliss tools, so when this styler was released I knew I could trust the brand. I was looking for a multi tool that could create a more polished look in less time than I was previously spending styling my hair, and this has been a great fit. It has cut dry time by about 50% and I love the finished look. Also works on dry hair for refreshing a style.

Love the attachments , easy to carrying and for travel

I have the old Dyson hair dryer and the Dyson airwrap complete long (both from Costco) - both these products work really well on my fine but thick 1C hair. I need a strong but gentle dryer because I have to wash my hair on most days. I've had babyliss tools before and I think the vibe of babyliss is that it works well but it feels harsh. This StyleSwitch dryer is probably the only dryer I can think of that has dual voltage. I also have the T3 blow dry brush that works marginally better than this (if you're using the round or paddle brush attachments) but that one doesn't have dual voltage. I think the blow drying head is the strongest attachment out of the 4 - strongest meaning the most useful. I like that it's a sleek upright dryer that makes it easier to pack and no place for your hair to get caught in if you flip your head over to blow dry. My hair length is mid-back length so pretty long but I have layers. I find the straightening blow dry attachment (airstraight lookalike) to be a little bit useless. It works with very thin sections of hair but the result is meh and the section is so thin it would take forever on my whole head. If you try to do a thicker section then you'll feel the plates kind of snag your hair. Overall if you need a dual voltage hair dryer with a blow dry brush - I think this is a great option. In fact, it might be your only option. The hair dryer itself is powerful which is nice. I used to bring the GHD travel hair dryer on trips and I think this one is similar to that one. This product definitely feels more premium than your typical travel hair dryers (the old school ones where you flip voltage with a coin) but I would say it definitely is not anywhere near Dyson level of premium if that's what you're looking for. I use the lowest heat setting possible on all my tools because I don't need the heat. On high setting, they may perform more similarly.

Professional here! I just bought this tool and I do love it. However, I do wish the round brush attachment was bigger and had more bristles. I have long very frizzy hair and it doesn’t get as smooth as I’d like it to but it does dry very fast which is a huge plus for me! I’m hoping they come out with additional attachments down the line. Overall so far I do think it is a very good tool.

Such a great deal. I was able to declutter all my hot tools and use just this one for most everything. Still don’t really understand the smoothing tool but besides that works great :)

I feel like I paid a ton of money for something that doesn't feel like it has very much power. The "smoothing" attachment does nothing.

I loved it, very easy to use except for the flat iron. I couldn't straighten my hair with it, I had to use the other normal flat iron.

The blow dryer is very good and convenient, but it doesnt get super hot. I also own the black babyliss blow dryer and it gets significantly hotter than this brush.

Good product, but straightener is really uncomfortable to use because it does not open. Hopefully they will review the design.

I am by no means a pro at hairstyling. I have combo wavy/coarse hair, and getting it to hold a style all day has always been a problem. Frizz and a lack of shine have plagued me my adult life, despite great products. This styler system has absolutely changed all of that. I love how easy it is to use, how useful the attachments are, and how fantastic my hair looks all day after I've used it. It is affordable (especially compared to other brands, and with all that you get when you buy this system!) and really is an all-in-one! All I have to do is touch up a bit with a curling iron and I'm ready for the day with no frizz, good volume, and beautiful shiny hair. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who travels too, as packing attachments is much easier than packing whole styling implements!
