I purchased this bag over a month ago. Used it for the first time today. I’m impressed with how much it holds. I could even get my big wallet in it if I wanted to. The only issue I have with this bag is I wish the strap was different to make it easier to actually wear around your waist.

I bought this bag mostly to carry my 10/16oz Contigo travel mug with me. That said, it fits but I could barely squeeze in anything wider and will definitely not even try anything taller. The bag itself has many useful compartments and features but the caveat is this bottle pocket. If worn as a true crossbody in front of you with a smaller bottle it's OK. But if you try putting it on the side or use a taller bottle it gets completely out of balance. Totally not hands free. Wish I could give 3.5 stars but I can't

I recently bought a bigger phone and my former walking pack was no longer large enough. This bag works as both a purse and as a hiking bag! It's big enough for all of my stuff, and it carries a larger water bottle securely.

This is a good bag, but the bottle holder is off-center, so when the bag is worn for hiking (my purpose), the balance is off. If I were to redesign it, I would put the bottle holder in the middle. Then it would be a 5-star, great bag.

The perfect bag for a long day of sight seeing which allows me to take a larger water bottle. The pockets all the essentials, and the hidden pocket for the phone relieves some of my concerns. I know so many people who have been pickpocketed. I have worn it as a waist pack just by loosening the steps, over the body and tightening the straps to fit. It is comfortable enough that way, and I haven't had to remove it often during the day.

I bought this bag thinking I could use the bag like a fanny pack / waist bag because of the water bottle holder. I would give it 5 stars if it had that capability & I could use it for work or other outdoor activities . Maybe it could be redesigned and I know I would definitely buy it again!
