Q: Referring here to Erika's question from 11 months ago, there most certainly IS a slot next to the indentation for the candle holder. I'd just like an answer to her question. What is its purpose?

A: Hi! I think she was actually talking about the slot right below the candle space. It fits the stick (that holds the tablets in place) into it. Not sure what it’s for either. Otherwise, love this item.

A: I haven't bought the item (not yet anyways), but I think the slot may fit a phone so it will stand up like the iPad.

Q: Hello, the tray came with Double Coated Tissue tape in a small bag. I'm not sure where to apply them, nowhere on the website it mentions the tape. Could anyone know what it's for?

A: Hello Jamie - Thank you for contacting us with your inquiry!. This Bamboo Bathtub Caddy is made up of bamboo, Bamboo is a grass, therefore more water repellent than wood, but it is not completely waterproof. Once treated, it will increase the amount of water resistance but will never be completely waterproof. Unknown to most, Bamboo is not completely waterproof, it has natural layers of protection that some hardwoods don't hence this product is not waterproof. Hope this information helps – Greshma

Not really made for wet usage… got moldy pretty quickly (and we don’t take many baths). I wouldn’t expect something made for use in the bath to need to be completely dried after usage. It just has a cheap coating on it, I think.

This bathtub tray is the bomb!! As a huge bath lover, I absolutely adore all of the spaces to put things (including the little adjustable book holder and wineglass holder!). Very impressed with the quality of this tray- I’ve used it for around a year now and there has never been an issue with mold or warping like I’ve had with other trays in the past. Love!!

I looked at so many bathtub caddy’s online before picking this one. At Amazon, target, you name it. I wanted it to be beautiful when not in use and decorated, but also functional when I wanted to take a bath. (Sadly my current bathtub was not cleaned in years before I moved in and due to the jets not cleaning I have no been able to actual take a bath and use it, but it sure is beautiful in the meantime. If has a stand to hold your tablet or book, spot for a wine glass, a cup or candle. And reaches all the way across my large tub.

The side of my bathtub by the wall has a very small ledge, less than an inch, but the caddy was very secure and sturdy, I was pleasantly surprised by this. I couldn’t figure out how to set up the book stand so that it held my book open, but otherwise this is great! I really enjoy it.

Looked up and down for a bathtub caddy that would hold my book and beverage, that wasn’t to small or flimsy. Needless to say my poor husband thought it was a stool in our bathtub and sat on it. Works great and seems to be of good quality. There is a slot for a wine glass on the left, a slot on the right that I think is to hold a phone, and an adjustable book holder. Looking forward to soaking in the tub and relaxing!
