Barlean's is one of the best brands available. I am very pleased with the Evening Primrose Oil. I am allergic to fish oil and this is a very good supplement that I can use. Swanson has the best price on it that I have found.

EPO benefits
I have been using this product by Barlean's for over two months. I switched from another company's brand after seeing good reviews for Barlean's. The EPO was recommended for me by my gyn for woman's monthly issues. The other company's 500mg capsule was not helping. This is 1300mg a capsule. And has been such a help. I take 2 a day the week before and the week during my cycle. For the rest of the month I take 1 a day. I now plan to only buy this brand. I tried buying in stores but the prices were too high or stores like Whole Foods didn't carry it. The Swanson price is the best I have found online.
