Barlean's treatment for alleviating dry eyes
I have been writing the same review since years. I buy Barlean's Lignan Flax Oil soft gels because my glaucoma doctor recommended this product a decade ago to help prevent dry eyes. It seems to be working very well.

This is a good way to get your omega 3's, 6's and 9's. I take 4 pills a day but you can take more.

Great product. Digests well. If I could take one supplement besides a multi vitamin, this one would be it. Good value also. I feel great when I take Flax Oil

I find this brand of flax oil very effective. My only dissatisfaction with this product is that occasionally the capsules seem a bit oily, as if a few are slightly leeking in the bottle.

Excellent product!
Barlean's is one of two companies that I know of that does not use chemicals to process their oils. I have been using this product for years, and I highly recommend it to others. I will not take fish oil under any circumstances, due to the toxic pollution of our oceans, so this how I prefer to get my omegas.
