We like the consistency of Barleans flax. It’s not crushed like most other brands because of how the flax is cut.

I LIKE THIS GROUND FLAX SEED BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO MIX WITH MY SMOOTHIES AND CEREAL DISHES. HAVEN'T TRIED IT ON SALADS YET, BUT I AM GOING TO TEST IT OUT. HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE DIETARY IMPROVEMENTS IT HAS PROVIDED. TRYING TO LIVE BETTER. THANK YOU SWANSON!
