Q: Can you use this as the moisturizer in a typical skincare routine of wash, serums, treat, moisturize? Or should this product be used alone?

  • A: Hi! Great questions. First of all, I would say definitely start with a clean face. You can apply your serums and such before the tanner. Use the tanner as you would a face moisturizer. You will want to give it 15-20 minutes before applying anything else on top. I recommend applying it at night before bed and sleeping in it. You will wake up golden! However, this is a self tanner that lasts between 3-7 days based on activity and application. I wouldn't use daily unless wanting a darker color after your first application.

    Just the look i was hoping for.

    I've been using Beauty by Earth for the past couple years. My doctor recommended I stay out of sun due to medical conditions. I missed the look of a suntan face so I decided to try this product. I'm so glad I did. It adds the perfect amount of color to my face. Highly recommend.

    Gave me contact dermatitis

    I do not have sensitive skin nor am I super pale, but this broke me out so bad I had to go to the dermatologist and was diagnosed with contact dermatitis. It took my skin weeks to recover. I didn’t change anything else in my skincare routine. I threw it away after one use. Sorry but I can’t recommend this product.

    Absolutely LOVE! I burn really easily so getting out in the sun is a no for me. I got this hoping that the claims of it not smelling were true. While there is VERY slight smell, I goes away quickly and the color is awesome! I love that you can build on it the next day for a deeper color! The glove is amazing for the application and the price is in point! I'll be able to use this again and again!

    Smells good, leaves skin hydrated, and doesn't stain my sheets or clothes. Can layer it for the desired shade. Natural ingredients. It takes a little practice to figure out how to apply it perfectly, but then it's amazing.

    Really Great Product

    I have been using this for a few months, I decided to try it based on other reviews. The reviews are right. Great product, moisturizing, easy to use, I purchased a mitt etc which is used to apply the cream. The smell is unusual but I have come to really like it. This product gives a very natural bronzed tan, the first time I applied it, it was subtle, but I have come to learn you just apply a second coat the next day. I put it on in the morning some people prefer nighttime, it takes about 15 mins before you fully dress. You then reapply every 4-5 days after that. Highly recommended, the product is comprised of natural ingredients, I am sensitive to things and I have no problem with this at all. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

    Natural looking tan/glow

    I purchased this product as to decrease time in sun/tanning bed. This first two days, I wasnt sure it was working but by third day, I could definitely see "the glow". (I'm the one on left in pic). I use lightly, daily to keep my bronze & plan to throughout winter! Will definitely buy again!! Kelli

    It will smell bad when tan develops.

    This self tanner smells good when you first put it on , but after the tan develops, it smells bad like every other self tanner.
