In all my years of tanning for competitive cheer not ONCE has my tans ever turned out like this. I will not be repurchasing this again. Absolutely horrible!!!!!

First time using this brand, goes on very easily. Definitely recommend using a glove when applying.

Yes, there's no color guard so you need to be careful, but that means no mess on sheets or clothes! I love this stuff, affordable, doesn't fade flaky/patchy, and doesn't irritate my skin like all of the foam tanners. I wish I had a lifetime supply.

I’ve been using the tinted hour foam tanners for a couple years now, but decided to give this a go and I will never go back! My skin is so soft and the tan was on point! No streaks and it dried fast!

The gel felt cool and moisturizing upon application, which I really liked. However, the color payoff was just average and it left behind a strange film that flaked off throughout the following days. As the tan faded, it left a cracked, uneven film on my skin that looked patchy and unnatural. The product also discolored and seemed to go bad—likely due to the clear bottle—even though I stored it in a cool, dry place. I ended up having to toss both a half-used bottle and a brand-new one I got as part of a deal. Disappointed with the shelf life, packaging, and overall finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall pretty good and a good color. Easy to apply and dries fairly quickly. I apply before bed and shower In the morning and still have color. Do not plan on storing a brand new bottle for the next season. It turns to straight liquid and you will lose the whole bottle. I just threw an unopened sealed bottle in trash because it was water. It doesn’t fade 100% evenly, either.

I think the pump was a great idea. As for the packaging I didn’t think it was a good idea to have a clear bottle because it’s so difficult to even see: forget trying to read. As for the product itself is a clear gel that you are suppose to pump apply first to elbows, knees and ankles. Then after one must apply to body a thin layer to get the bronze glow they mention. The biggest issue is the smell; unfortunately the product does have a scent that I personally disliked a lot. I don’t feel it did much as I didn’t get the bronze glow mentioned. It’s not a product that I will repurchase. The smell and the no glow outcome makes it difficult for me to continue using the product.

I feel like it doesn’t smell bad at all and the packaging is easy to use. I do feel like you don’t get as tan as some products but it does give you a nice medium tan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the directions exactly and used a mitt to blend the gel, but I still ended up with some uneven patches. The color developed slightly orange on me, and I didn’t get the “insanely dark” result I was expecting. The packaging is cute, and the gel formula is unique, but I found it to be quite sticky. It also has a strong tanning scent—I kept catching whiffs of it throughout dinner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well then. I’ve put off trying this product for awhile because I was terrified to use it. I’ve never self tanned before so I knew this would be an interesting experiment. I think this product has potential. The color on my legs isn’t Oompa Loompa orange and the parts where i blended it properly are nice and even. It’s streaky though. It would have been nice if it was some kind of color so I could see what I was putting on. Scent wise, I barely noticed anything. The actual packaging is really nice and sturdy. Will I use it again? Probably not. Should I have even gotten it to begin with? Absolutely not. It’s just not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do like this sun gel, it definitely shows a difference (more so in person vs pic) the problems I had were even though I thought I was careful and was light around my knees and rough areas they darken up more than the rest. No real smell to speak of if you are a sensitive person to that sort of thing. I have sensitive skin and had no irritation at all. No staining on my clothing or rub off either. It absorbed quickly and wasn’t sticky. I will definitely recommend using a lotion mitt to apply! I will become a regular user now! I’m glad I received this product as incentive for my honest opinion for this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product went on evenly but did go on clear (as indicated…this is not a knock on the product just not my personal preference) so it was hard to tell where it was applied. There was no stickiness or oder. I did like the packaging the bottle felt thicker and better quality than most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this product but it fell a little flat for me. It pulls pretty orange on me. I prefer a more olive undertone with my self tanner. It also isn’t “insanely dark” at all. I’m not sure if it would do well with another layer or not but one layer is pretty light for my light-medium skin tone. It has a pretty strong fake tanner smell but that is honestly hard to get around with any brand so I’m not knocking it for that. What I did really like is the application. The gel formula makes it so easy to apply and smooth out for an even application without a mitt. Definitely wash your hands between pumps though because my palms are super orange right now haha. I also love that it doesn’t have to be rinsed off. Overall, this won’t be something I use regularly but is nice to have for a quick, easy application if I’m in a pinch.
