I have been taking these for close to a year now. You would not believe the difference this has made in my life. I am no longer fatigued, my blood work comes back good, I feel healthy. The amount of hair i have has pretty much doubled. I had been trying to lose weight and work out but was always so tired, but about a week after starting these I had so much energy I started taking classes at the gym and they were fun. I bought this for a while but taking 6 pills for a serving is too much... I stopped buying it and started taking Primal Queen because it is 2 pills daily. I hate that I am paying more but it is easier on me.
