To get the best performance, we recommend freezing them flat overnight for at least 8 to 10 hours before use. Pairing them inside a fully zipped, insulated lunch bag ensures maximum cold retention, as open-air exposure will cause them to thaw much faster. For cleaning, hand-washing or wiping them with warm, soapy water is best to protect the outer seal, rather than placing them in the dishwasher.
