Terrible quality! Didnt come with all the parts it said where included. The strings after being tuned where still of pitch. And the 6th string rattled. I do not recommend!

Who puts an always hard to remove paper and glue bar code label on the lacquered wood neck of a acoustic guitar? After 20 minutes of scraping with my fingernail the paper came off in pieces but glue residue remains. That residue will be on this guitar for years. Goo Gone or other removal products are not safe to use on wood lacquer finishes. This stupidity is enough to make me never buy another product from your company.

I had purchased this for a christmas gift, it took only 2 days to get, but when I got it, the box only had the guitar and the case. The strap, tuner pitch pike, pluck and digital item was not included. The package didn't seem to be tampered with since it was sitting outside awhile before I got home; needless to say I was upset, my first time purchasing from this site and this happens, I called the customer service rep, they said they will submit another, but it will be 7-10 business days. I will just wait and see, I hopeanother one is being sent and receive it and everything is included.

Bought for my wife. She hasn't played in about 37 years. She has just started up again and really is enjoying it with this guitar. Good guitar for the beginner kids or adult

I bought this guitar for my fiancé to learn to play. He has dementia and his doctors told him this would be an excellent thing to stimulate his brain function. The guitar is decent quality for the price I paid which was $30 including shipping. It included pretty much everything he needed to get started. Score!

I absolutely love my guitar!! It’s just the right size for me. Anything bigger would have been uncomfortable. It got here super fast with free shipping. The only problem I have is I wish there had been more instructions. When you say beginner that’s what I am. I don’t understand what the things you talk about mean, but with my husband trying to figure it out and my grandson; who is a very good player I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it soon. I’m also almost 67 years old, but this is something I wanted to do and at your price for a beginner, well I just couldn’t pass it up. Can’t wait to start making music!!! This is guitar is perfect if you are testing the waters of playing and don’t want to break the bank. I was surprised at how well it tuned, the string quality, and how it is holding together, especially for the price. My daughter loves it! And I can also use it in guitar lessons as well if needed.
