The end result was good. Looks great in my kitchen. However while assembling this island i noticed that just about every hole that had hardware pre installed was cracked. Also the holes that were supposed to line up were off from the start. This resulted in my left door not closing. I had to grind, sand, and repaint the door to fit.

This kicthen island is sturdy and classy. There is a decent amount of storage and is overall stylish and functional. A good solution to my storage problem with my “minimalist” kitchen.

Where to begin? First off, I bought and assembled this Grey & Distressed Oak Kitchen Island in October, 2021. It is now May of 2022, and it still looks beautiful and its functionality is fantastic. I have a super small and narrow kitchen, but there’s an open space/breakfast area in front of it where this fits perfectly. Any bigger, and it wouldn’t work. Any smaller, and it wouldn’t look right. I was worried it wouldn’t be large enough, but it ended up being a little larger than I was thinking, so it really worked out well.That said, this is definitely not a small island, nor anywhere close to the kinds of islands/carts with wheels that you can move around. It’s heavy, and SOLID. While I struggled to put this together myself (as a woman who can use basic tools), it was not because it was confusing or that difficult, per se. It was simply because some parts of it were too heavy for me to handle on my own without help, namely the top portion, which is installed last. I had my oldest son (strong teenager) help me launch that part on. Be prepared to have help with this, no matter how handy you may be, and also be aware that this comes in multiple large and VERY heavy boxes upon delivery.

Like some of the other reviews, my boyfriend said that it was kinda difficult to put together. But it looks amazing and works perfectly for my needs. Lots of room inside for the shelves- we used it for storage of board games. Love love love it!Must give 5 stars!!!

I really like the piece and it was easy to assemble once I figured it out. It's nice and gives the space the warmth I was looking for. My only complaint is that one of the top corners was slightly damaged and it looks like it happened before it was shipped. You can just tell it was doctored up, so that's the only reason I gave it 5 stars for "Value for money". Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I think it looks cool!

Overall beautiful kitchen island. We replaced our floors so decided our old island needed to go with the floors. This piece was easy to assemble and is a nice addition to our kitchen. I am interested to see how it handles water or condensation from drinks or hot plates.

I have been using this island for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with it. It feels like it is a built-in part of the kitchen. Use it daily and offers plenty of storage.I have noticed the price has gone up a little from when I purchased it but even at its current price, it is still a great value.

I am so happy to have received this breakfast bar. It came exactly as store said it would, the delivery guys were very nice and brought it directly into our house, since we are both seniors and this unit package came in are very heavy for us.We unpacked the parts, carefully and found them to be in perfect condition. Now to put it together, which, by reading other reviewers and looking at the directions seem to be easy to do. We can't wait to put this into our kitchen, replacing our old table. It will make our kitchen look beautiful and up-to-date.

Best kicthen island for the money! Packaging very impressive, every piece in great condition. Assembly very straight forward. Only a hex wrench and screwdriver required. Had it assembled in 2 hrs with a little help. A second pair of hands is essential. Very well engineered product.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new dining table set! The color and style is exactly what I was looking for and the quality is superb. The only downside was the amount of time it took to assemble - my partner spent a good 4 hours putting it together. But it was definitely worth the effort, and I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a stylish and sturdy piece of furniture for their home.

I'm thrilled with this kitchen island! The color and quality are fantastic. The hardwood construction is really strong and durable. It was easy to assemble, although it did take a few hours. My favorite thing about this island is the extra storage, I wasn't sure if it would be too big but it's perfect. The side shelves are awesome and the fact that they're adjustable makes it even better.

After we bought the house, we realized that the kitchen wasn't as much as we expected. We've been struggling with counter space for months, but we also don't have room to enlarge the kitchen island. I found this project after measuring out where we could put the extra storage. It's thin enough and not too big to fit in a window, but also holds a lot of stuff. It solves a lot of space problems without taking up too much space. Great seller, immediate solution when delivery was delayed.

I recently purchased this item and I am thrilled with the results! It was fairly easy to assemble and looks amazing in my home. Although the storage is a bit smaller than expected, there's still plenty of room for everything I need. I'm currently using it as a bar and it fits all of my items perfectly.
