The bull came right on time we had a birthday party kind of and we celebrated it with the pool. I really think this fool will last several years as long as you take care of it properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice to be able to take a refreshing dip in this Bestway Power Steel 18' x 9' x 48" Above Ground Pool Set whenever I choose. Pros: The sidewalls, cover and ladder are durable enough to withstand any weather conditions I might have. I like that the pool is rectangle so I can swim laps better than in a round pool. Surprisingly it was so easy to install, it took about an hour. Now when I'm gardening and get overheated, I can jump in the pool to cool off. Cons: My biggest complaint has to do with the pump not being able to filter that much water for it to stay clean. I had to go buy another pump and I wasn't happy considering the price of the pool and pump. When something cost that much, it had better come with everything to make it work properly. If not, ultimately it will cost us business owners business in the long run. Word of mouth travels fast. Overall, I was pleasantly pleased outside of the pump not filtering good enough.

I wanted to give it a few weeks to see how we like it before posting. This pool is made of quality material and has a sand pump. We absolutely love it. Just right for our big family. Setup took a little longer than expected but we wanted to make sure it was level, so we really took our time. I would say it was aprox-3 hours but done correctly but was easy to set up the time really came with putting in the water and checking to make sure it was level. Disclaimer: We switched out the ladder to one we had just because we needed a lock on for the kids. This pool is absolutely amazing and is super sturdy and built tough. This pool will last many years and so worth it. This is a must have!

I think the most important part of set up is making sure your ground is level, and void of debris. After getting that taken care of, the set up was a breeze. Myself and my 2 teenagers had it set up in less than an hour. Summers in the south are very hot, so this is perfect to cool off and enjoy the long days. This is made of very durable material and I'm sure this will last us for several summers to come!

No more packing everyone up, loading up the car, double checking and then getting to the beach to realize we forgot something. Now, the wonderful cool refreshing water is right in our back yard! And this pool is super easy to set up and get going. It's strong and stable and handles all the rough housing the kids throw at it. The filter sucks out, and keeps out, all the crud the kids bring in and, what can I say, it's just a whole lot of fun! Excellent craftsmanship. Definitely recommend!

It's big enough for the family and even some friends to have a good time in! It's very easy to set up and the instructions were very clear. It didn't take long to put up with help and the water was full the morning after we set it up. It's very sturdy and great quality. Before putting this up make sure to level your ground. This pool came with everything including the ladder. My kids love this pool and so do I! This thing is great for those summer time pool parties!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we haven't really been able to do the vacation thing, it is nice to have a little vacation in the back yard. This is a nice size pool. I love that it gives you that real pool feeling with the shape it is. You kind of forget that you are above ground. Set up was relatively easy. There was 2 of us so it only took about an hour and a half to put up and the instructions. were easy to follow. The frame is nice and sturdy. With the ChemConnect dispenser, it is easy to maintain and we don't have to worry about having too much or too little chlorine. It is a great addition to our back yard.

This above ground pool set also comes with a sand filter pump, a ladder, a pool cover and a ChemConnect chemical dispenser. (The ChemConnect dispenser maintains clean, healthy pool water by providing a stable level of chlorine that is evenly dispersed throughout the pool.) We had to level the spot out for the pool so we knew when it was put up it would level and no problems afterward. The pool didn’t take much time to put up, just follow instructions and need a few good hands to help put it together. Roughly it took us about 45 minutes to an hour and it was up and ready. Now we got it filled up and the kids and neighbors/and kids came down and absolutely loved the extra room that they had in the pool to play and have their own space/spots to do all kinds of activities! Which is the best of the best! We absolutely love the pool and it’s unique style! This pool is absolutely highly recommended and has already been recommended to others!!

The pool comes with all the accessories and a ladder. We will be looking forward to many memories with this new pool.

After the setup, we were able to get the pool filled and start the chemical process. It was also awesome that it came with a sand filter, a ladder, pool cover, and the Chem Connect TM chemical dispenser. That was such a bonus and less stuff that we had to buy! I can't wait to see how many years this pool will last us with great care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, having an in-ground pool is not an option - my house is surrounded by wetlands that are too close to dig. I pretty much gave up on my dream of having a pool in my backyard until I saw the Bestway Power Steel above ground pool. I liked the 18 feet by 9 feet by 48 inch option – it is pretty large, but not overwhelming to maintain and fill with water. After doing a research and watching several YouTube videos on set-up (and there are many available), I was glad that I was well prepared. Even before the pool arrives, you need to do a good amount of preparation. One important thing is to make sure that your ground is fully leveled and does not have any sharp object (e.g. branches) under the pool as you run a risk of damaging the lining. I also highly recommend wooden planks for the legs so they are anchored in a nice sturdy way. It is definitely at least a two-people job. However, the assembly went smoothly, everything connected the way it should, and I was glad that additional components, like a ladder and a cover were included. I really like the color of the liner – it is truly adding to the experience. My dream is to have this finished and build a deck around it so it looks less temporary and more permanent. However, I can’t decide if the temporary is a great option, too – in a climate with 4 seasons, the option to take it apart and store it inside a shed for colder seasons is not at all a bad option. One other suggestion – check with your local town board if you need a permit even for an above ground pool. I did in my town, and glad that I got it all done before the pool arrived, as it might delay things as well. So overall – if you are prepared and have clear expectations that you are not buying a small kiddie pool that takes a bucket of water to fill, this pool is a phenomenal, cost-effective way to have a bunch of fun in the summer with the kids. Nice and big, sturdy, and well designed – perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a couple of pools over the years, and they were mostly a terror to put up and maintain. I had my doubts that this Bestway Power Steel pool would be any different, but immediately upon opening the box and starting to put the pool together I realized that they had put a lot of thought into making sure it was an easy assembly experience, and just how high quality of a pool this was! There is a DVD that comes with it that shows you exactly what you need to do, so no prior experience is really necessary. It wasn't quite together in 30 minutes like the box claimed, but it didn't take too much longer. It also does a great job of explaining the maintenance. As any prior pool owner can attest, having a good filter is a must. I can report that the sand filter that comes with this set is as better than any of the previous filters I have used. I really like that the filter comes with a 1 year warranty as well. The pool liner is absolutely beautiful, and feels very well made. I don't think it will be easily ripped or snagged. I was thoroughly impressed with the strength of the steel frame, and how easily everything fit together. I totally prefer the rectangle shape over the round pools I have had in the past. The depth is perfect for swimming and floating. It looks so so nice in our little backyard oasis. The addition of a ladder and pool cover was nice too... they really made sure that you would have everything you needed right off the bat to get your pool up and ready for hours of summer fun! I see this well built pool being a feature in our yard for many years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pool about a week ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together. It is a very nice sturdy pool and everything is working as it should. The packaging was a bit misleading as it says 30 minute set up time, when in fact you definitely need a minimum of 2 hours to set it up. The instruction booklets are a bit hard to decipher since there are 3 different booklets for each item (I.e. pool, ladder, and then filter.) each book has multiple languages and can be tricky to figure out. Overall the product is amazing and will get a lot of use over the summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good pool. Love the size. We leveled a sand pad and then used a plate compactor to compact the sand ensuring the pad was perfectly level. The liner is nice and heavy duty, the frame is easy to assemble and quite sturdy. So far the pool is holding up very well. Everything is working as expected. It has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Grand daughters came over to play in it. Nice size for a small family. Came with ladder, sand pump, cover. Also has a few patches if it should ever need. Needs a level ground . We used sand and a tarp under pool. Then placed pavers in ground for legs to stand on.
