good movie, looks great in 4k. way better than orig but still be ready for slower pace. biggest negative is that this no longer comes with the digital copy

Now this is how you make a sequel. Director Dennis Villeneuve delivers on all counts. This film engages both the eye and the mind. Outstanding acting, amazing story, spectacular visuals, riveting soundtrack, and overall as close to the original as you can get in terms of mood and feel. Rich philosophical themes and subtle plot elements make it highly rewatchable. One of my favorite movies.

Movie was great but when I originally bought it from here the thing was in a weird condition, there was a huge scratch on the blu ray and the movie code paper was crumpled up! The case was sealed so i'm not sure how it got that way.

I have not been a Ryan Gosling fan until now; outstanding! Excellent movie & soundtrack. Great continuation of the 1st movie, best sequel I have seen in a very long time. I really liked the cinematography also.

2049 blade runner ok but a bit of a let down on the music.. the new sound track music is not near the dynamic master piece Vangelis did back in the early 1980's!! yes they did spend a few bucks on the special effects... these days we have seen several star wars movies as well as others that have spoiled us in effects!! story plot was good.... not too hard to follow... the text on the screen was way too small even on a 32 inch hd tv at 6 foot.... I will let you know better after i watch it 100+ times like the original blade runner!! the original takes 25+ views to catch all the small details in the background!! worth buying??? you bet!!

One of my favorite movies this year. It’s one of the best looking films I’ve ever seen and Gosling’s performance is great! Should have been nominated for best picture, and it should have done better at the box office.

Some strangely sensitive / intelligent writing and acting here. Not too " dumbed-down" like a lot of Science Fiction movies.

It simply is its own story. Yes, Harrison Ford returns as Deckard, but the movie casts Ryan Gosling as Officer K in the spotlight. Gripping, gorgeous, and expansive, Blade Runner 2049 is the perfect sequel to its predecessor. Director Denis Villeneuve, returning screenwriter Hampton Fancher, and composer Hans Zimmer give their all to pay homage yet move onward. This is not a soft-reboot, this is not just another installment in the Blade Runner universe-- this is a story that deals with themes much like the original and more in its own fantastic way. Well worth $25.

The 4k dvd i bought was amazing. I ordered it early and target shipped it earlier then intended which was great.

It's a visual masterpiece and Ryan Gosling is my dude.
