Q: How is the mat strap used? It only has D rings on one end. Also in the product video she describes it as a “stretching” tool but on the box it says it’s a mat strap.

The items that come in a starter kit is what you see are the girls doing yoga and Pilates with on YouTube, so I’m so excited to use them. The mat is thickkkk and comfortable for all stretches and workouts, and the little massage ball gets all your knots especially in your back
