    Weak flavor, packaging missing helpful info

    It would help if the bag actually described the roast and had the visual aid of the light-dark scale like it shows online. It says on the back it’s a “lighter roast” but that didn’t tell me what I was buying in store. Very light roast, basically flavorless (like weak black tea) when making a pot using the same ratio of beans to water as other medium roast coffee I’ve made. I had to nearly double the amount of coffee I normally use to match the strength of the average medium roast. That being said, the flavor was smooth and not bitter at all but I didn’t taste the flavor notes listed on the bag. It was very weak flavor-wise in my opinion but if you’re looking for a very mild, inoffensive light roast coffee this would be great for you.
