Discontinued 40 oz size and Steep Price Hike
I’ve been buying the Lightly Salted Almonds on a regular subscription for years, and the quality and taste of the nuts themselves are still solid. However, the recent shrinkflation is impossible to ignore. Blue Diamond completely discontinued the 40 oz bag and made the 25 oz bag the largest option available—except they're now charging the exact same price for 25 oz that they used to charge for 40 oz. That is a massive price hike for nearly half the product. Like several other long-time customers, I’m really disappointed in this change and will be looking for alternative options unless they fix the sizing and pricing. Keep the taste, but bring back the value!!

Greed got to Blue Diamond
These were our go to snake until recently when they decided to discontinue the 40oz bag so they could sell the 25 oz bag for the same price they use to sell the 40 oz. Your greed lost a customer, I hope more people find alternatives like I have.

Disappointed in new "lightly salted" almonds
My husband and I have always purchased the Blue diamond lightly salted almonds and love them. They are the only brand we buy. I recently bought a bag which appeared to have a new design on the front that also said lightly salted, but they were definitely not the same. The almonds were smaller, harder, and did not have the same amazing flavor. They were very bland and we are very disappointed. If this is supposed to be the same, it isn't and I won't be purchasing them again.

Blue diamond makes some of the best roasted nuts. I love their lightly salted nuts..  they are so crunchy smell great and this cat is a perfect portion size to take to work for snacks during the day

Love these! High protein and low sodium
Love these almonds. A great snack and easy to mix with other items like fruit and chocolate. They are lightly salted which is welcome because too much salt destroys my stomach. A little dry but that’s ok. Overall great option over the regular salt almonds. Ideal is no salt but these are great.

Lacks flavor but healthier option. Shelf life is pretty long. Keep it stored in room temperature for longevity. Does not take up a lot of room in the pantry.

These almonds, have a wonderful crunch and are lightly salted. I like to eat them right out of the canister however I do like to chop them up and sprinkle them in my salad. I also mix them in chicken salad.

Salty snack!
This is a great option if you’re wanting an almonds with a bit of more flavor! You can snack on these and it doesn’t get to the point where it’s too salty! I love how the back is resealable! It’s worth it for the price as it lasts a while.

The taste was changed constantly
I bought and ate them for years but the last one their taste was changed to lees salt. It same to be the same taste that I used to eat. After that I bought another taste with wasabi and less taste too. I don’t know what happened but the consistency should be like it used to be.

SOMETHING CRUCIAL CHANGED
It used to be when I opened the bag, this wonderful toasted almond aroma spilled out of the bag. Taste was AMAZING, the BEST. Now? They've changed something. The oil they use? Not sure, but the smell was 'off' kind of an old smell. Taste slightly off. NOT GOOD. Pay more, get less. Never thought I would say that about BLUE DIAMOND.

These almonds were a disappointment. To be fair, I'm not big on almonds.. but I tried something new, and regretted it. They smell good, were firm, and tasted as fresh as a prepackaged product could.. the low sodium was appreciated, as my family member has to watch their intake.
